flashbacks infinitely. After the latest version of the APP is updated, I can't open the APP. It flashbacks infinitely. I don't know if it's my personal problem or a software bug. I hope the official can fix it as soon as possible. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it, including deleting the previous data and reinstalling it, but it can't be solved. The experience is too bad.

DO NOT BUY THESE GLASSES. the metas have to be the cheapest made 600 dollar pair of glasses I ever bought. Mine just completely stopped working after three months of purchase the left arm at the top the trim is peeling away from the frame I guess they use cheap glue as opposed to screws like they should. And don’t dare need help with support or filing a warranty claim none of these people care. There main focus is sales not customer satisfaction. You can’t get on the phone with a person unless your tryna buy something and if you need help with a product you already bought just forget about it. These people do not care about you let the products they release to the masses. You’re better off just getting regular glasses. STAY AWAAYYYY!!!

Worst AI photo editing ever. Do not ever use this to try to swap yourself out in a picture or make yourself added to a picture because it has no idea how to match your face or anything even close to my face. It couldn’t even get me right even close to being right, it’s horrible. Fix this. I mean come on you guys have the technology now this is horrible. I’m so disappointed.

Horrible. This new update is horrendous! Especially when creating short 15 sec videos! No ability to download and save your videos despite it being with your own pictures attached most especially when using the thinking version. When you use the instant version it’s worst doesn’t follow the request and again only makes 6 sec videos and with a bunch of errors. One video they got right but I’m unable to download despite in providing me with the “blue” link! Again horrible app!

App deleted on its own lost access to my glasses. I was using my meta glasses and then misplaced them. I tried to search them with the app, but couldn’t find the app on my phone. Proceeded to App Store to see that I need to redownload it. I don’t know how that even happens. Rip my glasses. Also I wish there would be a separate app for glasses, this app was so confusing to navigate and find videos from my glasses.

Meta AI glasses are huge disappointment.. Started using Meta AI last November when I bought the Ray-Ban Meta glasses it worked pretty well. You could send texts . It would read your texts and you could do various other tasks. However with every update Meta AI has gotten worse and worse the glasses don’t really do anything now other than play music and take pictures of videos. The AI aspect is extremely disappointing, total rip off for $500.

Work’s horribly. After having the app for years I can say it is genuinely the WORST experience I could’ve had with a device like meta glasses. Imported photos wouldn’t load at first, then videos, had multiple crashes from simple features AND I can’t even use it anymore after it bricked on two of my phones. This app is HORRIBLE

Changes Preferences Automatically. As of lately, my preferences and settings automatically change without any initiation from me. I checked for updates on the glasses themselves and it states that they’re up to date. Not sure what’s causing it, but it’s frustrating! I have to go into settings and into the glasses settings to manually change them back to my preferences.
