   No free trial. Atleast give one month free trial so we can check if you plan is working or not so we can pay for next month. Without testing why would we pay for subscription. Also why would be pay you 20$ per month if physical trainer on gym in Pakistan is charging only 5$

   Username Not Found. When I go to sign in, I’m met with “Username Not Found.” The app was able to accept my payment information, yet not load my username. Can’t get in touch with anyone for help.

   No la recomiendo. Esta app es una estafa , cobra la subscripcion y entras creyendo que tendrás acceso a todo por 29.99 y no al entrar te das cuenta que para ver los entrenamientos debes pagar otra cuota anual , en pocas palabras de nada te sirve pagar la subscripcion, para mí esto es una estafa .

    Pay to play. This was a great app to track your progress and learn different exercises. Then the free trial ends and you can’t do anything without paying for a subscription. I pay for enough subscriptions already I’m not looking to add another one. No thank you.

    Issues with signing in and no response from VGFIT. I purchased one year and the app will not allow me to sign in as it is throwing up an email error. I did reach out to VGFIT, but currently waiting on a response from them. Will adjust my review depending on the response from them or no response.

    Scam. I can’t login, app doesn’t recognize my use name (email) I tried reaching them for quite a while and they don’t reply. I paid for a whole year and still have 6 months left on my subscription. I’ve sent like 6 messages (emails) to them and nothing at all. Beware, don’t download, it’s a scam!

    Can not Unsubscribe!!!. It is NOT FAIR that you can subscribe BUT there is no button to unsubscribe. You need to email manually. Now have been 3 days since I send email, they still yet replied it.

    Need support. I have emailed you several times that it says I do not have an account that I paid for. I just renewed my subscription but if someone cannot reply to me and help me get this problem resolved please refund my money. The app is good but if I can’t get support it’s horrible. Why is my review not showing??? I cannot find anywhere that lets me contact support. If you cannot get back to me I’m going to call the BBB. This is ridiculous
