Cancel. I’ve canceled and this still pops up on my phone. I’ve deleted it and it won’t go away. This app is too confusing. Make it go away

Fraud. The app was fine at first it, I had paid the year plan already, I only had it about 5 at some point I became pregnant so I was no longer fasting and stopped using the app, hadn’t even opened it until today to delete my account because I get a notification about a 79 dollar charge, I have not even opened the app to be able to make any kind of purchases, DO NOT give your card information to this app because clearly they will try and take your money without your verification, I had to get my card closed because of this

Unable to cancel. No method of stopping renewal

Not whats advertized. Advertised with vibrant Tai chi walking. The Tai chi guidance is small and short. Not printable. Impossible to follow. Just another app asking for meal log in and constant insulting emoji asking for steps and weight.
- ★★★★★subscription and paid restrictions
Not worth it. Charges way too much for info you can find online. No real human to speak to; just your typical Ai algorithm slop. Allows you to pause subscription, but doesn’t allow you to delete the account. It told me I need to identify myself to cancel & then just keep you running around I circles with emails & codes to cancel. Worst decision getting this app.

Truth on told. I was looking for a Tai Chi program, this is what I end up with. A yoga coach

Do not use. If you cancel they charge you $49 a month and then will not refund your $. This app isn’t worth it.

Be very careful. I deleted the app a year ago and used Apple Pay. I was not keeping up on it. I ended up giving them $419. Using Apple Pay it was very hard to get anything back. Be very, very careful if you don’t like it they will keep taking from you
- ★★★★★privacy and excessive permissions
Continues billing without permission. I keep being charged monthly for this, even though I canceled.

Unhappy New Customer. I just signed up 10 minutes ago and am already having problems!!! I chose my coach and clicked to get my program which came up with me losing 120 lbs by April!! That is not what I signed up for!!!!! Please cancel my order, if it’s not right from step 1, I don’t want to go through 12 weeks of questioning the accuracy of the program!!!!!! Just cancel my order and refund my money!!!
- ★★★★★trial charges and refunds
Trial offer charged me. How do a cancel? I signed up for a free trial but I’m being charged. I confine a way to contact you.

Needs major improvement. This app has been helpful to me in tracking fasting time, nutrition, hydration, and exercise. I got very consistent and disciplined about three months ago, and I am down 26 pounds from when I started and I’m aiming to lose about 13 more. That said, there are major flaws that need correction. 1. First, this app generates recommendations to the user and the recommendations are generic and inapplicable and not tied to the user’s log. For instance, it will recommend that I “go for a walk” even if I have logged at 12 mile run within the last hour or even if it’s 2 AM. It will recommend “eating a lean high protein meal” when my fasting clock is on or if I have just eaten and logged one in the last half hour. It will tell you to hydrate, even if you have doubled your hydration goal for the day. It really only has three recommendations with some variants: 1. Exercise 2. Eat clean 3. Hydrate. And it will say one or two of these on the homepage, even if they don’t apply and even if you have already done all of them. Nothing turns them off that I can determine. This makes it more like a poster on the wall than a coach. Similarly the AI coach cannot affect those recommend recommendations on the homepage, and it has no persistent memory of your prior chats that you to, so it’s like starting anew every time. That really limits its usefulness. 2. It will make inaccurate and frustrating comments if I log a weight gain, because it is reaching to “explain” the cause. It will say for example you ate a “heavy meal yesterday”. Or worse, it will say you only had 137 steps yesterday even if you had 8037. Small fluctuations are normal while losing weight and that is all it needs to say. If it’s going to “reach in the log” to “explain” the weight gain it needs to be accurate and not “force the explanation for the cause” with inaccurate information. Also, it will lower your “Success Score” If you don’t log for a while (annoyingly even in my sleep and I’m fasting and it will call it “stalled weight loss” which is simply not true. That is “bait and switch” because it is really dinging you for “not logging” which is NOT the same thing. These features need to be fixed for the app to be worth paying a premium price for.

Guilt trip- unmotivating. The app is actually great and organized well but their stupid gimmicks and check ins make it so annoyingly unmotivating! The Blinky character drives me nuts- if you aren’t on the app 24/7 it sends you all these manipulative messages and you have to wait for this character to yell at you just to access the app. I would prefer zero characters, and zero feedback UNLESS I ask for it or ask for suggestions. I just want to log my stuff and chart progress. I’m about to delete this app because of these terrible features even though the actual app is laid out so well.

No refund issued. Be careful , this app signs you up and charges you immediately. But if you decide not to want the app they will not return your money, they only “let” you keep using the app until the usage time you first paid is used up. They don’t tell you are signing up for 3 months with no cancel option

Shaming vibe around eating and doesn’t consider weight fluctuations based on menstrual cycles. The Blinky character that judges everything you eat and drink puts off a strong shaming vibe. Also there is no consideration put into female health regarding weight fluctuations that will occur with menstrual cycles regardless of what you eat or drink. The assessments that the weight gain the days prior to the onset of a period are frankly disheartening and demotivating. This app seems like a catalyst for eating disorders grounded in food restriction for people that are not extremely overweight.

You can’t cancel the subscription. I have tried many want to cancel and keep getting a $44 charge to my account big scam
- ★★★★★excessive or broken notifications
HORRIBLE. i deleted the app and they still give me notifications and it’s so annoying

Scam. I am very disappointed in this app. I signed up and payed for an app to learn tai chi walk to tone my body and to lose weight. What I did get was an an annoying app that keeps sending alerts to log my weight, log my meals, and to log my movement several times a day usually within 5 or 6 minutes after I already had. There are several different apps on my phone that already log this same information that are free. I purchased this app for the tai chi walk workout so far 2 weeks into it and not 1 tai chi workout. What it does do on occasion is and not always the app keeps track of my steps, oh did I say sometimes? Oh and I already have an app that already does that more accurately. Sorry for this rant. This is my first review on an app I find it such a major disappointment Chux

A SCAM. I canceled my subscription over a week ago and they charged me 9.99 after the $30. It is almost impossible to get rid of them.

Simple Works, on your bank. When you sign in, and today i did a resign in with my bank on phone and a person here taking screen shots. At no time was i told about any books. (this happened the first time i was charged $65. for a taichi book one can buy from amazon or temu under $10. ). In addition, These people sale on Samsung stating Made for Samsung and Motorola stating made for Motorola however, FCC Statute 5 under false advertising covers you when you’ve paid for a product advertised that you can’t use. Good thing i had both types phones. But 29 others on Simple do not and have been informed. Waiting for call back as there’s my updated membership is how they te hit you. 20$ a week.

Worthless. This is invasive and cumbersome plus cancelling is very convoluted and difficult. Seems like a corporate scam
- ★★★★★crashes, freezes and errors
I cannot recommend the app - buggy code. The “personal insights” are annoying and I can’t turn them off. Every day, it comes up as a notification (or 4 or 5 notifications). It gets in the way of other notifications in the app and prevents the app from being useful AT ALL. Not only that. To mark them as “read” I have to go through all of today’s insights plus all of the previous day’s insights that I have already read, just to the get count to zero. Each time today’s are marked as read, it marks a previous day’s insight as unread so I have to go through that one again. And I feel ignored by the developers when I issue a complaint about it.

Fussy Fuzzy. I’m not motivated by a cartoon character’s anger, disappointment, or threats to leave! I really don’t like it!

Unauthorized charge. An $89 charge appeared on my credit card today. I have never used this app and didn’t authorize the charge. What kind of company does that? If I could give them minus stars I would.
- ★★★★★negative experience without a specific reason· unspecific
Pure scam. Charges for basic info you can find on the internet. That’s it. Also provides completely misleading AI advertisements and hides under several names. Promises unrealistic and unhealthy results. The plan is an algorithm based on math only, and now how a body works.

Horrible!. Purchased a trail for 15.99. Get the app, sign up and then I’m charged for an additional $26 which I didn’t approve of. When I contacted them they said they can’t refund me which is ridiculous! I got the trail to try it out and then get an extra charge! Highly disappointed!

Waste of money. I hate this app. AI tells me one thing one day and the absolute opposite the next day - it even gave me the recipe and said eat this for lunch. I made it exactly the it said poor choice. I tried to talk to AI several times to correct this and got nowhere. Soooo frustrating. Then they stuck it to me again and renewed my subscription that I had cancelled. I have no idea how.

Movement tracking. The movement track stopped working, when you enter your workout it records accepts the input but does not give credit.

Not helpful and too much $$$ for what you get. The childish emoji was an immediate turn off. The workouts were not as challenging as I needed. The worst part was the tiny window in which one can refuse renewal without a penalty charge. I had to pay for a month I didn’t want, couldn’t use, and didn’t need to pay for.
