   App doesn’t Load!!!. I have tried to get on this app multiple times over the last few months, but every time I click on the app all I get is a loading screen that never loads. I paid $35 for the subscription for no reason and I would really appreciate if I can get my money back somehow, someway. The only part is that their app support never responds so I basically threw my money in the garbage and got no fitness results!

   The app doesn’t work. Don’t buy this app. The workouts don’t come on. There is no way to fix it and no support.

   Used to be great. Now just terrible.. Crashes more than it works. Nothing more frustrating than in the middle of a work out and the app decides to lock up or crash entirely.

   Subscription. Every time I look up free fitness trying to find apps with a few free workouts, these apps pop up. It is not free. No part of it. If you are trying to workout and not spend money, don’t get it

   Thieves, won’t cancel. This app is horrible. I tried the free trial and cancelled my subscription. They have been taking out 86.99 every other month. When I emailed them, they gave me the run around saying my email is not associated with their product. When I showed them the transactions, they just apologized and repeated their previous instructions. They refuse to help cancel and when I try to log back in, it makes me follow the steps to sign up again and never really allows you to “login” to manage your account.

    F**k Them, never download this app. NEVER DOWNLOAD THIS APP. I canceled, emailed them many times. They never canceled me or refunded me I provided them proof of all this and all you get is an automated person named Eve doing nothing to help. And apple can’t help you because Getfit does there own billing so you’re just screwed. This app deserves negative stars.

    Cancellation. I downloaded this app and subscribed to it but I cancelled it the same day just minutes after I downloaded it. I had 7 days to canceled but they took $86 out of my account and the only way you can reach them is by email and they send you the same message everytime. So they ripping people off but you can’t reach anyone to actually get a refund.

    HORRIBLE APP DONT WASTE UR $$. I got this app to try, I thought I cancelled it, apparently I didn’t, they charged me again, $89.99 for two months. Contacted via email, hot no response, tried again, no response, finally after a week I was told that I didn’t cancel and that there in NO REFuNDS. I asked to cancel, I did cancel and I got billed again for another two months. Reached out AGAIN. Was told not you never canceled. I sent them the email with the cancellation and was told that I did complete all the steps for the cancellation and that I would be charged again $89.99 for two months. Sorry NO REFUNDS. Absolutely crappy service, crappy app. So disappointed that there is ZERO responsibility on their part and I get stuck paying $89.99 again. DO NOT WASTE your $$$$.

    DO NOT TRY THIS APP. Back in Dec 25, 2020, I thought this app might be worth my time. Access was limited so I tried their FREE 7 DAY TRIAL! By the Dec 28th , 2020 I realized this was not for me and I cancelled. My records show that it’s Expired. Come Feb I’m being charged $89.99 come April another $89.99. I’m CONTINUOUSLY being charged even tho I Clearly cancelled before the trial period. Total Charges of $179.98 The App also prompt me to choose a Apple Pay Payment method when I started the FREE TRIAL. So despite that I changed my card I’m still being charged cause I was prompted to pay via Apple Pay! I AM FURIOUS!!

    outrageous. i can’t not believe this app or apps they use the same web address with get fit app and home fitness. and i’ve been charged 86.99 every other month since december and i have not gotten an email back. they don’t have a number. to call which is ridiculous. i had to put a stop payment on my card through my bank so i don’t get chargered again. i don’t have to the app or apps and if i download it again i have to play for another membership like y’all taking almost 90.00 for me. i need answers. if u don’t plan on useing this app for real for real do not even dow load it.

    Account charging. Y’all keep trying to take 89 dollars out of my account. I’ve emailed you all multiple times to cancel the plan I don’t even remember making one. then you all already got me the first time for the 89 for a subscription I don’t even remember making anyway.     This app is a SCAM. If I knew how much trouble downloading this will cause I would NEVER got it in the first place! I unsubscribed in December 2020. I just found out (it’s March 2021) that they keep billing me still without me even knowing and I had this in my unsubsribed list in phone settings. NEVER GOT ANY AGREEMENT OR CONFIRMATIOND FROM THEM ABOUT ME PAYING FOR MEMBERSHIP after December. This is very shady, they keep using my bank info and customer service is just automatic reply. Money lost with them: $86.99 $29.99 $29.99 Do Not get yourself into this!!!!!!!!

    Absolute pain to cancel. I thought I’ve cancelled this now three times and I keep getting charged. You can’t cancel on the website or through your Apple subscriptions. I still can’t figure it out and have sent emails about it with no response.

    The app keeps on glitching me out. The app just keeps on glitching out as I enter the app. It’s a really unfortunately experience as I was using the app daily but sadly I can’t use it since it’s glitchy.

    Unsubscribed and still charged. I unsubscribed and have still been charged the $95 TWICE. I explained the situation and asked politely the first time for a refund. They told me I was still subscribed so whatever. They asked if I wanted to unsubscribe. I told them yes AND went through the unsubscribing process again on the website. They still charged me a second time. I am a broke college student who has now had $200 taken from me when I never authorized it in the first place. (I tried two minutes of the free trial, didn’t like it and unsubscribed) and now I’ve lost $200 in a very difficult financial time. So thanks for stealing from me and not offering any real help or any kind of good customer service.

    Total Rip Off. These people are snakes. They give you a free trial for 3 days or something and don’t remind you to your trial is ending, this not giving you the chance to make up your mind. And they renew at 2 am in the morning so you wake with a $89.00 charge that you don’t want. Stay away, stay very far away!

    SCAM ALERT! DO NOT DOWNLOAD!. This is the biggest scam if I ever seen one, make you pay 1$ to try it and when you try to cancel the subscription before you get charged, the app misteriously closes on you and won’t let you cancel until your bank account takes an 87$ hit. Specially in covid times where everyone is struggling to survive, cmr service is rude and won’t work with you to get the issue resolved. Please do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this app. They will steal your money and try to say it was your fault. Filling a fraudulent charge with my bank and making sure this company never gets a dime from me ever again!

    Don’t fall for this scam. I honestly downloaded this app for a free trial to see if it was a great fit but turns out that you need to buy more into it and then you still don’t get what’s promised according to them. I tried to cancel during the free trial but it would not let me until AFTER it ended and I wound up being charged $97 for 2 months! $97 is ridiculous!! I tried contacting their customer support about the issue and not so surprising, they said they couldn’t do anything about the charge. Find another app for your workouts because this app is a total scam!!
