    Fraudulent. I am no a subscriber of this company and they are continuously charging my account. I have asked for my money back 10 times and they will not put my money back in my account. I also asked for a supervisor and was told that I can’t speak to one. This is insane. This company is a complete fraud. I will be reporting to the BBB.

    Subscription bait. Found this on Facebook so it did not appear on my subscription list in Apple. Any app that relies on surprise subscriptions is automatic 1 star for me. I paid 18$ up front and then SURPRIIIISEEE!!! $70 12 weeks later. Gross

    False Advertising Misleading. I have yet to find any of the pelvic Pilates workouts that flooded my social media outlets on this app. This is very misleading.

    Predatory Business. I paid for one week as a trial. Specifically did NOT choose the one month. Today, I was billed $40 for the subscription. I went to the app for help and they, helpfully, showed me the tiny box, on a different page, where I agreed to a monthly subscription by paying for the week. They are graciously-read sarcasm-returning $20 of the $40 they charged me for a subscription that I didn’t want.

    Beware. Canceled my subscription before my trail period ended and immediately lost access to the features in the app, yet they charged me again anyway. Tried to say it wasn’t cancelled but couldn’t explain why I lost access if it hadn’t been canceled. If you pay for 3 months up front then you should maintain access throughout the entire period and if you dont then you shouldn’t have to argue with them to get a refund.

    Sneaky app charges automatically. You cannot cancel through your phone, you need to cancel through the app then they only offer a partial refund of $20. Totally sneaky way of making money!!! Hard to reach an actual person and not the AI chat bot. Thumbs down! Do NOT recommend

    Don’t recommend. Don’t recommend this app! I signed up for the trial and when I went to try and cancel it the website all of a sudden kept giving me a error message, now they charged my card $40 and not trying to give it back.

    Fraud. I have canceled my subscription several times and every time I look around they keep taking money out of my account. I followed there instructions on how to cancel. Make sure you plan to use it forever or battle them to stop taking your money.

    False advertising.. The add is for Pelvic Pilates. I Bought the subscription and was given basic exercises and stretches. The pelvic Pilates is a challenge in the app for an additional $45. Definitely falsely advertised as the main app.

    Avoid this App at all costs. I signed up for one month subscription and found out this app has been charging my card every month after the one month so about a year of payments they stole as evidently even though you sign up for the one month subscription you’re actually signing up for AUTO RENEWAL, this is the definition of misleading and fraudulent advertising. AVOID THIS APP.

    Daylight Robbery. If you buy any of their in-app programs, these are strictly one-time use. You cannot go back, if you miss days then you lose that day. If you miss days and once the program ends, you have no option to restart it. And they won’t refund you even though they don’t say anywhere that it’s a timed purchase. Once you buy an in-app programs, you must have the time to do it everyday without missing days, within the allocated time and you can only do it once. If you have an emergency for kids, family or work their response from support is “too bad for you, and we’re keeping your money.” Nowhere do they say these are timed purchases!

    Charge me when I canceled subscription. I canceled and they charged me and it’s not like I can recancel I have no way of getting ahold of anyone they are just taking my money sad thing is I never even got to use the damn app so it’s pissing me off $30 is a lot monthly for an app I’m not using cancel it now !
