   Canceled still charging. I canceled this app and you guys continue to charge me 6999 a month on all my credit cards. You’re trying all my credit cards are on my Apple wallet that should be illegal.

   Fraud. I ordered the $29 part and only that. They tried to put through 4 additional $47 charges on my cc. The bank caught it and only one went through which they will take care of.. don’t sign up for this, it is a complete fraud!

   Hashimoto Diet?. I was disappointed when I realized this had nothing to do with helping weight loss with Hashimoto Thyroiditis. I could do the same logging with any free app. The extra information is not special or new. I wish I had not spent the money.

   Didn’t work auto renewed to charge $$$. This app doesn’t work, and it auto renewed to charge me $$$ with no courtesy notification about the impending charge, and they refused a refund even though I hadn’t used the app for a few weeks. Also if you’re going to pay for a diet plan an app won’t work. There’s nothing to hold you accountable.

    Same as all the others. I purchased thinking this app was different unfortunately it is the same as all the other basic tracking apps. You can’t get your money back and you get the same service as a free app tracking. Very unsatisfactory don’t fall for it.

    Español. No puedo dar una opinión realmente ya que por no tener opción. En español pues podría decir que ni la utilice. No se ve mal la app pero es de muy mal gusto que el cuestionario y todo lo hagan en español, hasta para pedir reseña. Pero cuando descargas la APP es todo inglés y por supuesto poco amigable para el que no maneja el idioma. Deben tener la opción de español si se la van a ofrecer a la comunidad latina.

    Billing is a scam. App doesn’t appear in apple subscriptions. I cancelled my subscription last year. And they billed me a year later for a renewal. No notice given of the renewal. Shady billing practices just to make money.

    Not trustworthy. I determined the app was not for me right away and never used it. In the meantime they charged me $62.99 twice, and when I cancelled as the second charge appeared they would not refund. If the app is for you, I recommend you request cancel so they can offer you $14.99 instead.

    DO NOT PURCHASE. Do not purchase if you think you might forget to cancel. I used the app for like two days and was not satisfied. I forgot to cancel and they charged me $60. I requested a refund and they refuse to give me one. I just believe that is morally right to give a refund if someone is not satisfied with the product and definitely don’t intend on using the remainder of the subscription.
