   The App is Rude and so incomplete.. So the app charged my wife and I 40 bucks a year. Although we read it almost offers a 19.99 dollar annual first year. We never got the offer and after waiting several months we paid the full 40 dollars. So after buying the app every time you take a shot it request a review for the App Store. How annoying and I paid 40 bucks not to be bothered. It gets worse. If you buy this app to log any Pepitides other than GLPs, it makes you do all the work loading all the pharmacanetics for the Pepitide. It is a royal pain in the butt. 40 bucks for a year and Shotsy can’t load all the Pepitides for us. If you get the free app you can log all your shots. And that’s really all you need anyway. The paid version is a total waste of money. There you go Shotsy. Are you glad I finally left you your one star review for the laziest 40 dollar app I’ve ever purchased.

   Not recording shots. I have used this app for almost a year now and everything worked fine until recently when I noticed it’s not logging my shots. I click add shot on shot day like usual and it appears to add it but then the next day when I open the app it says I never added my shot. This has been going on for a few weeks now.

   Set up. Im trying to set up account without knowing much or finishing I’m made to rate this app. Gets one star for rude interruption to set up. Least let me finish and give me few moments to learn app

   Sad to go. Been using for almost 2 months. Paid for the extra features which I like. Then I added another medication to track and now it keeps crashing when I try to open and make it unusable. I love the app but all my data lost and I’ve reached out to support and they gave me a TestFlight version but no change and then they went silent on me. Sad to say I had to cancel my subscription.

   App crashes at launch. App crashes at launch. Tried closing it out, redownloading it, and restarting my phone but app is unusable.

   WILL NOT STOP TRYING TO CHARGE ME. I even tried to get a new card. I canceled my free trial and turned off subscription on my iPhone and they STILL keep trying to steal from me. Ive emailed your customer support with no reply. PLEASE STOP!!!

    Done after update. The update just erased all my data and progress. Adding shots is way less intuitive, I don’t like anything about it besides maybe the photo instead of list for shot location is fun. I’ll be switching to a different app now, they just ruined it. I can’t believe all my data from the past 6 months is gone.

    Don’t Use This App. There are better apps out there now that don’t require a $40/year subscription. The only reason this all has such a high rating is that it was basically one of the only GLP-1 apps out there when GLP-1 drugs became a thing. There are better free apps now, can’t recommend this one anymore. Sad!

    App losing features constantly. With every update they keep taking away features from the free version. All of a sudden things that have been free forever are now features you can only see if you pay for them. Yeah, no thanks. Time to uninstall.

    Not what it used to be.. Every update they keep taking something away from the free tier. For example they try to hide your estimated levels now and the graph’s horizontal line no longer displays a numerical value?! About to quit using it all together. This is heinous considering people use this app for medical reasons.

    Not working. This app looks great, but it won’t even record my weight. I enter it, nothing shows up. Kind of a bad bug for a glp-1 tracking app. Disappointed.

    Complete Disappointment. Once great app! No Longer recommend.. Complete and total disappointment I loved this app, I bragged about it...I loved this app so much I shared it throughout the medical community, as a great way to track progress, and store important health information!Unfortunately, after months of happily using Shotsy-everyday-I woke to find everything was gone...months of data just gone! Dates, times, shot info, weight, side effects, notes, etc, etc, etc. I trusted Shotsy to keep my info secure in one location, but now that is gone. I tried restoring, as instructed, but only minimal info was recovered. I no longer see any value in this app. Sadly, I am not alone; this was not isolated to only a small few. I've seen dozens of threads and posts full of upset users. PLEASE...Do better Shotsy...you were once a really great app!

    New update is awful. The newest version is awful. Difficult to navigate the main page. “jump to today” button doesn’t even work.

    No longer good.. Shame. This app WAS useful, a free basic GLP1 tracker, until they removed the previously FREE feature showing the estimated medication level #mg. Not a good business practice to take away free features & put them behind a paywall. Too many other competitors have this feature for free. Uninstalled.

    Seriously NOT worth it.. Deleted the app once they took away the free ability to track my current levels. There are other free apps out there. Ask CHATGPT which ones. Now that they’ve taken the free ability what makes this app stand out from what my calendar does? I can log the same stuff for free into my calendar or notepad. Not worth paying $10 a month for. Switched to Glapp.

    Not a fan of 3.0. Not real happy with the update. Very sad to see that I will now have to pay $10 a month just to see my medication levels in my system.

    Opt-out Privacy Change. Developer recently started collecting “anonymous” (it never really is) data from users that they must opt out of. The opt-out nature of the data collection was not adequately disclosed in the pop-up informing users of the change. A data collection change like this in an app containing our medical history should be opt-in only.

    Can view in Android. I installed my original Shotsy on an iPhone. I have since switched to an Android and my data isn’t available. I’m told that the data is separated and I’ll the data and reinstall manually in my android. I have two years of data. It’s a waste of time.

    Umm. It’s basic unless you pay. And it’s hard to know where to put weight updates. Interactivity is also low.
