   Bring back the old My Diet Coach. I lost 89 pounds on the Old Version of My Diet Coach that had the avatar. It was interactive and very incentivizing. When they took away the avatar and bright colors, it just became like every other diet app. I tried a few times to get back into it, but I just couldn’t stick with it anymore. Not sure why they completely changed this app, but that was a bad decision.

   sucks. this app sucks so much first of all if you lose your phone or the app gets deleted, there's no way to go back into your old profile and get everything that you recently saved so that sucks because there's no way to login or log out so you have restart all over again with a new profile also when I try to delete a recipe that I created it kept glitching and wouldn't let me scroll and then every time I close the app and opened it back up the recipe was still so it sucks. It truly sucks and every barcode that I scanned was not working, 4.99 a week for that specific thing to not even work not at all, every other app is way better.

   Liked the older version. Just redownloaded this app today. I wasn’t able to restore my past purchases and I can’t upgrade now either. Every time I try to, the whole app freezes on a blank page. I also liked the older version with the avatar instead of this new grape or blueberry looking character.

   Too expensive. I used this app for years with lots of great features with the free app. Now they put most of it behind a pay wall, so I’m deleting and finding another. There are a lot of options out there and this isn’t worth what they want to charge.

   “You’re Offline”. The app has been unusable for 4 days now saying, “you’re offline, we couldn’t find items matching you search.” I have tried contacting support and have gotten no response. Ridiculous to be charging people when the app is down. Canceled my subscription.

    It says I’m off-line. The app has a bug for the last two days, but when I go to enter food, it says I am off-line. But I’m not off-line.

    Purchased Lifetime Access. Purchased lifetime access to this app before all the updates. Now company will not HONOR the lifetime app purchase. Other apps that I purchased lifetime access to, continue to allow full access to their premium benefits even though they turned into a subscription service. Super shady.

    The age limit is wrong. In the App Store it says four and up but when I tried to use the app by putting my age in 10 it said I had to be thirteen if your thirteen and up you might like it but I personally had that experience so if the makers could fix that it would probably get rid of a lot of confusion

    I loved this app until…. Can you please bring back the old version? I was a premium user for two years until you just changed it without warning 😕 Why did you removed all the fun features??? It sounds stupid but I used this one because I loved the avatar feature! Earning items to make outfits was fun,and while yes it was silly, kept me motivated. Now you are just the same boring app that everyone else offera

    Sad. I wanted to love this app since it was the one I had used when I started my weight loss journey. I had lost 40 pounds but the app had to many issues so I decided to move on and cut my losses. 2 years later and I return to the app. I never write reviews but for $4.99 a week people need to keep their money. Luckily I got a free trial and though its day 1 it’s already not worth it. The barcode doesn’t work for me at all. I tried it on a brand that isn’t well known and it didn’t work so I kept trying it on other items and it still didn’t work. It didn’t even work on chips ahoy, maybe its a issue with my phone or software but for $4.99 that’s simply unacceptable. I hope this gets fixed as I want to love the app again but for now, it’s a no.

    Stressy depressy lemon zesty. i thought downloading the app would be enough to lose weight. but it turns out i actually have to try 🙄. this is false advertising. poo poo pants. i hate you. (please help me i am being forced against my will to type this) (ignore that message i am completely fine just in a silly goofy mood)

    Over priced, bad “free” features.. The simple stuff is a pro feature. $5 a week for a glorified Excel sheet, with a progress bar. That’s this app. Also, pretty scummy design to allow users to fill out forms, but disabling the save button at the end - because it’s a “pro feature” to save 2 kb worth of food data on your local device.

    App is not IPAD friendly. This app is not IPAD friendly unless you keep you IPAD on vertical. I use a keyboard case so my IPAD is always on horizontal but this app will not rotate. Please fix this so IPAD users are able to use it in either format.

    Projected target date is wonky. I weighed in the day before and it projected August 11 then the literal day after i had dropped 2.2 pounds and it projected august 27. Even though thats more weight then what i have set to lose weekly????

    Can’t delete Recipies. I made a recipe and I tried to delete it…App just freezes. I’ve tried it numerous times and even had to force close the app. This with fact that the barcode scanner does not work at all makes me wonder why this app is 4.99 a week. Please fix this.

    Baaaad. So I was logging in and on the Apple store it said 4+ so I was like ok so then I was logging in so it asked me my name my gender and then my age I put 10 cus I am 10 yrs so then it said you must be 13+ and I was like uuggghh cus there it said 4+ not 13+ so I was mad so now I'm writing this review

    Doesn’t help with meeting short term goal. Calorie count is good but when you work out, it adds additional calories for you to eat and keeps goal of less than a 1.5 lb a month weight loss. Which isn’t helpful when you want to drop 10-15 lbs.

    LIGHT GRAY FONT???. Who is the rocket scientist that thought tiny light gray font against a white background was the best choice? I can’t read it!!! At least give me setting options so I can READ.
