   Not worth the money. This app does not let you add other activities like it says it should. It’s expensive and only good for food tracking. Frustrating that it’s supposed to have other features that you cannot access.

   Notworthy. To expensive does not have a free trial bought the subscription to see what is was going to do for me. And pretty much just doesn’t have anything for weight loss or help. They instead have an additional 25 dollar subscription to pay for, for the meal plans and workout plans.

   Cancellation is a Nightmare. This is the second year in a row that chillio has charged me despite my subscription being cancelled. I’ve been charged twice, but when I attempt to open the app I’m told that I don’t have a plan. I wish I had known this going in so I could have avoided these wasted charges.

   SCAM. This is an app that keeps charging me $38.95 through an AplPay token every week despite my cancellation from over 6 months ago. FRAUDULENT!!!!

   Bait and Switch Scheme. I paid for a full year's complete subscription to Omo through Apple and had access to the diary ONLY. I had zero access to daily classes or anything else (and I did have access to these things during my trial period). I contacted customer service MANY times and they did absolutely nothing to help. They told me I did not have an active subscription, despite the fact that I provided proof of purchase through Apple. Omo has, by far, the WORST customer service I have ever had the misfortune to encounter. Over the course of 6 months, I've managed to lose only 25 pounds. I have not lost anything more in the last 5 months. When I signed up late last October (2024), they said I'd reach my goal weight by mid February, which was absurd! NO one loses 70 pounds in 4 months! So I knew that was a lie going into the program, but I still had hope of losing most of the weight over the course of a year. Nope. I followed the program exactly as was presented in the trial period and logged the information into the diary. I was hopeful while the weight was coming off, but not losing an ounce since March is pretty disappointing. This program is just another gimmick like all the others. It's definitely NOT worth the ridiculous price one pays, especially when they screw you out of the bulk of the program once they have your money, and then provide zero customer service. These folks seriously do not care about the people using the program and should be ashamed of themselves for their dishonesty and taking advantage of others.

   Scam! Beware!!. This program is a scam if you are not careful. I signed up for the trial and canceled at the end, yet they have charged me for the app and Omo as if they are two separate programs and refused to give a refund, despite my cancellation! BEWARE!!!!!

    They will continue to charge you after you cancel. I canceled well before my next payment and they continued to charge my account. Even after contacting CS. To me it’s a scam! Another month gone by and still trying to charge me! I have cancelled, triple checked it! It tells me you have already cancelled. Do not sign up for this app they just take your money when you decide you don't want it!!

    DO NOT USE. Real person here. Do not use or allow download. They will continue to charge you account even after cancellation via Apple subscriptions and their app. There is no customer service and the company is located in Cypress to avoid any financial liability. Choose any other weight loss app!!!

    Wishful waste of money. I bought three month intro for 26$ and the work out meals plan for 36$. Downloaded the app and have never been able to access it due to a payment page covering the app. Reached out to Omo via email,and have gotten no response. Requested a refund as well and still have not received a response. Cancelled the app before they could charge me again. Don’t waste your money or time.

    Good idea bad implantation. Lots of food entries wrong. Perhaps 50% wrong. Calorie total doesn’t add up. Can’t fix obviously wrong food entries. Regret paying for app. Still trying to find value. I would not pay until they fix this mess.

    Overcharged. The app seems simple is. However, when I chose to cancel, I’m still being charged. And I can’t contact anyone unless I resubscribe. I was charged $38 on March 8 and canceled it and it was only good for another month? So I paid over $140 for four months! Ridiculous

    Cannot cancel. I have tried to cancel but conveniently the app is having ‘technical issues and cannot process request’ I have reached out to customer service and nothing.

    Can get this for free in other apps. I thought this might be more informational and motivational based. I can’t stand track my water, meals etc in a free app. Sad I paid for this. Wish I would have gotten a free trial, I would have cancelled within 24 hours.

    Free apps just like this.. This was over sold. The basic concept is free on different apps. It’s just a calorie tracker, step counter, and water drinking log.

    Thumbs Down. I tried this app because it had really great reviews. It wasn’t what I was expecting and didn’t learn anything from it. I wanted to cancel before I was charged. It even said I could cancel before the time comes up, but it turns out I couldn’t. The phone numbers were wrong and nobody was getting back to me through email. I had to report my card stolen, just so I wouldn’t get charged. I will never buy this app again just because the lack of customer service.

    NOT HAPPY!. I got this app and although it worked ok, I had no way of knowing I was going to get hit for almost $40 a month! App is way too expensive for what it does. Wouldn’t recommend, based on price and no upfront pricing and not shown in your subscriptions!

    Not worth it. Not really worth the money you can do this easily by a Google calendar and a free app tracking calories and steps. I’m glad I didn’t spend a ton of money but their promise of losing almost 50 pounds in three months is not holding up I’m starving myself walking up to 20,000 steps a day having constant headaches because of the fasting schedule and I haven’t lost a pound. If there was anyway, I could get a refund I would ask for it, but I’m just not really happy with the app. We still got another month and half to go. I highly doubt I can lose 50 pounds in 45 days though that would not be healthy. In my opinion, just get a book and use a free app to track your calories and maybe try some keto

    Doesn’t provide a meal plan and is too aggressive for money.. Omo already got the sale, was less than transparent about pricing and then continued to beg me for more money while not at all providing the plan I answered questions for. Don’t waste your time with this app. It’s a coin slot for greet available information you can have chat got generate for you.

    Misleading after taking the quiz. I recently took the online quiz with Omo to try and find out the best way for me to loose weight and be healthy. After the quiz they give you a payment plan making you believe the exercise plan and eating would be apart of it but after the initial payment they ask you again to be $38 for that stuff. All you get with the initial payment is reading material. I wish it would have said that when purchasing the first time. Now I feel like I’m out of money and no closer to my goal.
