   Widgets are inaccurate.. And I hate that it forces my music to turn off whenever I open it…like no, I don’t also want the broadcast version of whatever I’m currently reading on the app.

   Poor quality app. The apps features usually never work and when you write a review, the developers simply are offended that their app doesn’t function properly when that is their responsibility. Currently, the app doesn’t open and has been this way since the new year begun.

   Toooooo many ads. I’ve had the app for several months and while it does offer “some” helpful information, the ads are so bothersome. You can’t touch any portion of your screen without hitting them. Very frustrating. I can look up weather info myself w/o soliciting advertisements.

   ADS ADS AND MORE ADS!. KSAT should be ashamed of itself. All these ridiculous ads that pop up when you’re trying to get real update weather info. They are never right ANYWAY… instead I use a Magic 8 ball.

   Terrible Radar. You know that old saying: Don’t fix it if it ain’t broke? Yeah. You did that. I absolutely abhor the recent version.

   Amateur hour. This is one of the worst written apps I’ve ever used. Scrolling panes aren’t correctly synchronized so it’s easily possible that the weather shown doesn’t match the location shown. The home page of the app is cluttered and mostly filled with ads. The weather radar pane is vastly inferior to KSATs web site and its future projections are a joke. KSAT used to have a good weather app but somehow acquired this hunk of junk.

   So used to be better. Nobody wants to check the weather real quick only to have to wait for a 2 minutes ad EVERY SINGLE TIME. This app used to be much much better. I’m about to delete it.

   Just nope…. All the adds that you can’t click out of make it unbearable to deal with. Just decided to delete it I’ll get my weather news elsewhere.

    Terrible. Unfortunately after the update this app has never worked properly. I like using the radar and it is TERRIBLE now. The app is also not user friendly and hard to navigate. I will be having to download a different one for reliability and usability.

    What happened to this app. I loved this weather app. I uninstalled when the update dropped. I reinstalled to see if it has been fixed because the pictures on the app apparently hadn’t been updated. Unfortunately it’s still the new update. It’s really hard to dread anything.

    Disappointing. I preferred the old app. I have issues navigating the new app to get information and don’t feel it’s well presented from a UX perspective. The radar also doesn’t show as far back in the past anymore and the future radar is effectively useless. I also wish the video and written forecasts were easier to find on the front page.

    Blocking Advertisements. I don’t mind advertisements on the bottom or side or have a top banner showing this but to use an advertisement that blocks your entire view of the weather is aggravating. I would think that weather new is a priority rather than a full page advertisement.

    Update. I really don’t like the overall change of the app. I wish I could uninstall the recent updates. Considering uninstalling and finding a new weather app. I’m very sad about this because I love the meteorologists and I’ve had this app for I would say close to 10 years. I’ve always been open to change but this update looks messy and cluttered. It’s also difficult to navigate which is crazy because I’m pretty tech savvy, it’s not like I’m up in age or against technology.

    Not a fan of the latest update. The update is AWFUL. In order to see the weather you have to click a thin blue banner which is hard to press. The weather moves horizontally instead of vertically and I just find it not at all intuitive. The actual weather portion is accurate and I appreciate, which is why I use it, but it's not fun to use.

    Eeesh. Use to use the app but I don’t like the new design. I liked the old interface. Deleted it yesterday.

    New version has ruined this app. Somewhere along the line a major update revised this app and NOT for the better. There are no guides to use. According to the article online it’s supposed to be easy. Is that why the Ask Support button in the App Store is useless? Obviously whoever approved the changes doesn’t use the app. How do you remove custom locations you no longer want? The future cast radar is worthless. It stops at whatever the current picture is, then moves those splashes of color in the same configuration across the screen. Weather doesn’t work that way! What you had before was a little better. If I want future cast radar, now I go to an unsupported Dallas weather app that’s much better than yours. Maybe I should just use that app instead rather than continuing to wait for you to fix yours. Shame really that I can’t use my local app for good information.

    Love KSAT, but this app is garbage. Not sure what tech they’re using for this app, but I’m sure it’s shared with a ton of other channels. it keeps going from bad to worse with every recent change. The only good thing is the actual weather map itself. The navigation/UX layout is garbage, video playback at full screen is janky, ad interstitials don’t even play and can’t be dismissed. But that’s ok for users because the content jumps out of its frame and still can be played anyways without seeing the ad. If I paid for these ads I’d be… The devs really don’t know what they’re doing on the iOS platform.

    Downgrading quality. The app does not have storm tracker anymore. A user can't determine if hail cells, wind, tornados are visibly in our area. It's almost like they are programming the apps not to inform us! Programmers have dummed down the app. Even after emailing the programmers, no reply. It's a waist of time!

    Old version was much better. I rarely use this app anymore. The new version keeps doing full screen video adds while I’m trying to read the weather headlines. That section is unusable currently.

    Horrible since update. I’ve tried to like this new version, but I’ve given it 2 months and I hate it now as much as I did when I first opened it. The old one was my go to every single day. This one has me trying out other apps left and right to find a replacement. Radar is buggy and rarely loads in a timely manner. Layout is not clean and intuitive. I HATE, HATE, HATE this app now!

    Updates are not always better. I don’t know who thought turning the KSAT weather app into a terrible chaotic mess was a good idea but it is so bad that I finally gave up on it and switched to Channel 4’s app. So sorry, KSAT meteorologists, you will always be my favorite.

    New lay is horrible. Used to love the app, they went to a more janky app where it is harder to navigate and the radar future cast never makes sense. Any storms just randomly float in a random direction.
