   I love this app and have bought the Pro version,. but now since I’ve updated my Apple Watch to version 10.6.2, Weather Mate does not show in the Complications list. I tried emailing the developer but it keeps giving an error

   Very Disappointing. No response from customer service, almost always incorrect, currently featuring a wind advisory yet the daily shows nothing unusual. Is anyone home?

   Icon/App sync problem. Since November 2025, my icon and app do not have the same numbers, send weekly updates and as of today, still not working correctly. Wish you would fix the problem.

   Abandoned by Developer?. Have been using this app for years but all of a sudden, the widget on my lock screen looks invisible and doesn’t display anything. Nothing has changed in settings, it just stopped working a couple days ago. Other weather apps/widgets work fine. Tried reaching out through the app’s website and get an error saying message can’t be delivered. “Latest News” hasn’t been updated since September 2017. Seems like this app is a ghost ship that’s been abandoned by the developer…

   Radio is Incomple. I chose the app because the description said it included NOAA weather radio coverage but after downloading it, I found out the nearest station they include is an hour north even though we have a station here in Toledo. I emailed support and never heard back.

   Forecast Unreliable. I’ve had this app a long time. I have found in the past year the forecast has become extremely unreliable. Take this morning. I get up and my area had a forecast of being overcast and rainy. The sun came up and I went back to see the forecast and it was 180 degrees different. Chance of a shower with mixed clouds and sun. It is somewhat acceptable when the long range forecast changes, but when the daily hourly forecast is more like a dart game, not acceptable.

   Broken in iOS26. Crashing constantly and in the Weather map the labels, state and city names etc, appear as large white blocks instead of letters this is blocking the radar and map. iOS26 has broken just about every app. 2 stars cause it use to be good but now it’s useless and I would like my money back if this isn’t going to be fixed.

   No alerts means unreliable.. I paid for the lifetime subscription a while back. Why did you turn off the notifications? If life depended on me using this app, I would not because there no popup or audible alerts.

    UPDATE: Complications Broken. UPDATE: Still a month out on the latest release of app that “broke” the watch complications and feeds incorrect weather stats. What’s going on with this developer?! Immediately after the 7.9.6 update came out the complications for the watch are broken. There is a new and useless interface in the phone’s app that removed all of the customization options for choosing individual complications in the infographic watch face. The temperature highs and lows are incorrectly displayed (they are reversed). Not sure what the developers were thinking on this latest update. Please revert back to the previous version.

    Killed my most frequently used feature - destroys faith in developer. I woke up recently to discover that a watch complication that I rely on throughout the day is just gone. It was replaced by perhaps well intentioned but ultimately inferior replacements. There used to be a simple complication with red and blue lines that CLEANLY showed the next 24 hours in a glance. It also succinctly displayed the current temp along with the min/max forecast. If you live or travel somewhere with rapidly changing weather conditions, this is invaluable. The not-so-clean or really all that useful replacements are not on par. Sometimes well enough should really be left alone. This tells me they do not value what their customers paid for.

    Better. Newest update broke showing the temperature on Apple watch 10. I have to touch the weather app on icon on iPhone to see the numerical temperature. It wasn’t like that before update. I have tried restarting watch and phone. Edit - I mistyped stating problem was on phone icon when I meant my Apple Watch 10. I have now tried restarting watch and phone and deleting app from phone and watch. Restarted both several times. Haven’t tried unpairing and repairing. If I have to do that I will drop my paid version of weather mate pro and find an app that works without troubleshooting.

    Was very good. Now terrible as you sold out to the orange jerk!. This app does what we want in an app. Not much fluff, concise data and good radar. Historical data is good also. The changes recently made are very nice. I’m deleting it

    Not Accurate. EVERY station they selected by default is COMPLETELY INACCURATE. And NWS SOURCES ARE KEPT BEHIND A SECOND PAY WALL. RIDICULOUS

    Buggy. I PAID for an app that doesn’t alert me to watches/warnings! I have reset notifications and settings in the app and nothing. So it’s always a surprise when I open the app. Fix this issue or I get a refund and use something else

    Apple watch 10. Not getting the refresh, map... On the touch screen. Have to scroll to the bottom to get this. In my opinion this is not a Fix. It's a lazy work around. This hasn't work in months.

    Weather reports. This app is not any better or more accurate than any other one. Weather history is out more than I would like. But this may not be an issue for most. Again, weather history is not being supported for my location. I will be using someone else’s weather app. Update: I keep asking them why weather history is not being reported for my location. They are silent. If the situation is resolved I will provide an accurate update. Otherwise, the app is good. I ask them why there’s no precipitation record for my location and they simply ignore my request. Again, this is my only issue with this app.

    Temp badge won’t update. I deleted this app. I used to enjoy the temp badge but since it no longer works I deleted this app. I have sent an email to their own support group. They have not responded for over a week. The badge icon with the temp does not update. I used to have to open the app to get the badge icon to update. Now that won’t even work. I’m about to uninstall this piece of work that I used to love.

    vers 7.8.6- NOAA does not report correctly. right out of gate on PRO version- NOAA is not reporting correct info for AIRPORT location in BANGOR MAINE. Current temperature being reported as 0! NOT GOOD.

    Subscription for NOAA?. National Weather Service (NWS) AP| is free to use for any purpose, including in weather applications. According to the API documentation: "All of the information presented via the APl is intended to be open data, free to use for any purpose. As a public service of the United States Government, we do not charge any fees for the usage of this service.

    Forecast is no good. The forecast in this app is accurate about 15% of the time. Kind of disappointing for a paid weather app. The free one from Apple is better.
