   Lightning notifications slow. The lightning detection notification is hours behind. It used to be helpful, now it’s worthless and annoying to get a notification about lightning in my area hours after it actually happened and when there are currently no storms in the area.

   Warning issues. Have it set to alert for tornado warnings and the last 3 times there’s been active tornado warnings in my area my app hasn’t gone off. Luckily I had my tv on, or I wouldn’t have known. One was close enough that I could hear the train sound from the wind, no thunder just rain and a tornado. No warning on my phone. Please fix these issues.

   Has gone downhill fast. Used to be great app for local news and weather. Now it’s just AD’s and videos that have nothing to do with what you clicked to watch. Gone are the days of valuable content; sad times.

   Didn’t help. Weather map gave no information or views on the severe weather that came through the night of March 15. And I couldn’t any find any reports on the storms or warnings.

   Playback slider issues. The play back slider is at the bottom of the screen and is difficult to scroll to a particular portion of the weather video. It sits on top of the iPhone’s multitasking bar. When I try to scrub through a video to rewind, it interacts with the multitasking bar and replays the video from the start and makes me sit through advertisements all over again. Very annoying.

    Useless. This app might be helpful if one could actually see the information. But with nothing but ads it’s impossible, so I go elsewhere for real info.

    Unnecessary Notifications. This app gives you spam notifications that are not weather events.

    Video Interruption. After the latest update the app now constantly interrupts my attempts to read the forecast - hourly, daily, or radar - by flipping to a video tab that I did not select and do not want. If I wanted to watch a video of the weather forecast I’d watch the news or go to X. Please make this app functional again.

    Horrible predictions. Absolute worst weather app there is, cant even predict the weather within the next hour, itll do you better to just look outside your window than it will to us this app. Must be hiring people off the streets because these weathermen have no clue what they are talking about, only thing they get right is the temperature, but when it comes to rain don’t even check the app.

    Blank. The app has gone blank! Only the radar is working. Literally everything else (forecasts) have completely gone blank. I can’t even see what temperature it is now. Please update this app more, it needs it.

    WSB weather app is terribly annoying!. This app has finally driven me around the bend. There are far too many relatively useless alerts telling me that it will start raining in 3 minutes somewhere in my city, or lighting struck 8 miles from my city, which might be 30 miles from me. Tell me about hurricanes, tornadoes, high wind. Don’t tell me when it might sprinkle. I’m deleting the app now.

    Radar. The radar hasn't worked in months so I eventually got tired of waiting for it to be fixed and got rid of the app.

    How dose this app get worse?. When I need the radar for Tornadoes in my area it doesn’t show and with a new update the weather radar shows severe storms all day but no rain near my location. I just added The Weather Bug and I can clearly see the storms and rain split in a wide area around my location.

    Hate the new version. Color zones that tell me nothing. Confusing overlays and just a poor upgrade. I tried hard to like it. Just want the simple radar without all the different views that are hard to navigate or keep fixed on the bottom right quick access panel.

    App hangs up. The app hangs up and needs to be restarted every time I try to use it. It used to be good, but something changed and it is now horrible.

    WSB Review. I love WSB but the new radar for the mobile app is awful! The 24hr cycle is always way hot and rarely verifies. The local radar is too short a loop to really see what’s happening. Please bring back the old radar ! Thanks Weather fan

    Nope. I wanted to see my local radar. On this ap, a 12 second ad played. I didn’t know the ap was going to play the radar recording after the ad, so I tapped on the radar video again, the ad REPLAYED. OK so I decided to watch through the ad, then I noticed the volume on the ap was muted by default. So I unmuted it and the AD STARTED OVER AGAIN! I downloaded 11 alive, no problems, no interfering aps.

    Not in Andover Maryland. Update: I deleted the app. Installed again today. After an hour, Andover Maryland comes back as my location. I have WSB 3 emails and this is my second review here. No response from any one. Delete again. Use to enjoy app. I travel will my job. Follows me every city I go to for the weather. Last few months Andover Maryland shows up as location. Never been there. In Connecticut this weekend. Still shows up. Even in Georgia North Carolina Pennsylvania. Have to delete location every time. I have emailed someone thru the app about 6 times. No response from anyone. We live in Georgia and WSB is our go to station when home. But weather app is not good anymore.

    Radar Map all messed up. Something has happened to your radar map on this app. I am sitting here with rain & map shows nothing. I have deleted, reinstalled, loc server on, and still seeing an inaccurate map. Has been going on for a while. Used to be very reliable but now it is not. You need to fix this cause I am switching over to Fox 5. Poor performance from something associated with WSB - Atlanta’s gold standard.

    Ads!. Had a warning of severe storms warning possibility so I clocked on the link. After the second ad, I closed the app and went elsewhere for my information.

    Data hog. Be prepared for this app to use a lot of data. I reset my data statistics to monitor my data usage this past billing cycle, and this is the data hog. I don’t open the app much, but I leave it to run when not in use for severe weather alerts, and it has pushed me over my data plan limit several times. I’m now removing this app and going with a different weather app that hopefully won’t use 95% of my data. Edit: 10/26/2021 - the most recent update now defaults my location to Andover, MA. I delete the location every time I open the app and refer to ‘follow me’, then there it is again when I reopen the app later.

    Updated version 5.3.600. This update created a glitch with the weather forecast videos. The only one available is from several days ago. Because it is not updating the forecast is also no longer aligned with the day.

    Advertising prevented map launch. After the newnan tornado outbreak at 330 am when storms arrived in tucker the app froze on the opening ad and did not continue into displaying the map. Not a dependable tool in time of need.
