   First alert. I’ve never seen a station get such a hard on when it’s raining 150 miles from Memphis!! Don’t Mississippi and Arkansas have weather stations? Ron you bought your wife those new boobs are they not covering her bad breath or does it smell that bad south of her waist line? Cause you get a hard on when it thunders and don’t let us what we pay for! So something with what you paid for on Joyce

   Black screen only!. I open your app and the radar is a black screen with only the location dot and supplement pieces with no map. It’s been doing this for some time. I’ve had your weather app since I got a smartphone many years ago, but no longer!

   Glitchy. I’ve use this app for years and I loved it. The last three or four weeks I can’t get the radar to work properly it flashes on and off. They seem to be having some problems with it.

   Bad App. This weather app used to be great, now it’s trash.. it’s never consistent and doesn’t give you a clear forecast. It has gotten my hay wet more than what I like, so I don’t recommend it at all!

    Poor service. After an automatic update, the system will not run the radar loop. I have to back out, close it, reopen and relaunch each time. I have tried to delete and reload it, but it still doesn’t work. I used the weather channel app, it has the same radar, just not able to set notifications and color on it.

    NO CLOSED CAPTIONS. It’s impossible to find the Closed Caption option on your weather & news videos. This is a GREAT DISSERVICE to the hard-of-hearing & deaf people in your viewing area.

    Too cluttered. Since the last update very time you pull up the radar it’s overly cluttered with alerts and warnings. Map is so cluttered you can’t see the rain. You can go to the menu and deselect all the items you don’t want but you have to do that EVERY TIME you want to see the radar. RIDICULOUS !!! I’m in Memphis I don’t care what the tropical alerts are or many of the other alerts! GOTTA FIND A NEW WEATHER APP!!!!

    Overlays reset. The overlays are just annoying, and now with the last update in October 2021, the overlays all reset and turn themselves back on every time the app gets closed out. They no longer keep their settings. Bad app programming and design.

    Update on radar 😡. I have had this app for years. I’ve always used the radar to see how a storm was going to move through the area. It no longer works. As soon as I hit the play button all rain disappears. Please fix this or go back to the older version.

    Faulty app. I have a very new phone and keep my apps updated. This app is so frustrating! If you go to watch the last news show, most times it will begin at 14 or 21 minutes into the news. It constantly dumps you off or if you are lucky enough to actually get it to play, it will stutter and repeat lines. Total waste of time. Also, if there is an alert about any weather, yes, even sunny, it won’t let you close that alert. You have to click on it to do anything. Which usually makes you have to log out and then back in if you want to look at anything else.

    Broken after last few updates. The latest updates cause the app to not load or load extremely slow. Used to love this app now it's crap. I just want an app to open and look at the weather and radar not one to watch the latest video. Keep those in the other app

    Going to delete. Since the last update I get a notification to turn on my Bluetooth every time I open the app. I don't want to turn it on! There seems to be no way to get rid of that notice

    Deleted. It constantly wants me to turn on my Bluetooth when I open the app. Such a silly little thing to have to keep closing out when I have everything turned off. So I just deleted it and will use something else.

    Alerts don’t work!!!!. Since the last update, I do not get any verbal notifications. Also, when you go to turn alerts on the map none of them show up. There’s a lag even though the app is connected to the Internet just needs to be fixed. I’ve used this app for more than 10 years and now it’s barely functional.

    Best to worst. This app was my favorite travel app. Not only for weather wherever I was at, but especially for the Traffic part of the app. The Traffic part now ONLY works for Memphis - no more checking the roads for where I’m at, where I’m going, or for my daughters traveling on the road. For this loss of functionality, giving it 2 stars.
