Price Miss Leading. Prices are not correct. They are asking for $9.99 a week which is $517.40 a year and calling the best value for your money. It also is saying below at the very bottom of page $99.90 a year (Only $1.92 a week value). I myself don’t trust this site.

Not accurate at all. Watched the weather and it’s not been accurate at all, way off basis. Decided not to renew our subscription and go with another app that has been much more accurate.

Not so great. I had high hopes for this app. It seemed more Accurate than others I was testing. Just yesterday it started getting “No Internet” errors every time I would launch it. Of course my internet is fine, no change since I first started using the app. All other Apps that require the internet work just fine. My internet is high speed DSL. In any case I’m not going to be able to keep this app if it doesn’t snap out of it and consistently work. At this point weather underground is doing what it supposed to so this app may go in the junk bucket.

Looks good but?. While the app looks fun and all the neat colors, the accuracy is really bad. The location is way off even if I correct it, the forecast is not usable for example today 100% chance of rain. We are in a heat wave right now and not a chance of rain for a few days.

Very Useful Tool For Multi-State Drive. I got this app when I purchased a car in Oregon. Flew up from San Diego, picked up the car, drove up to Whidbey Island in Washington, then back to San Diego. This was while we were experiencing the atmospheric rivers and being hit with repeated storms. The app was so helpful for timing the drive, particularly over the mountains (I didn’t have chains), and deciding when to make stops on the drive back. Very helpful app.

Poor performance. I downloaded this app because of its compatibility. I worked with it for a few days. I decide not to renew it for a second term so I canceled it. Now the year I already paid for I can’t use. I would like a credit for my purchase. Or continue the subscription until the expiration date. Thank you for your concern.

Stopped working on iOS. About 2 weeks ago, the app topped working on iOS. I made sure my iOS is up to date along with the app. Emailed the developer, no reply. Bummed as this was my favorite weather app. Loved the graphics.

Just another subscription app. I hate when they make you go through the process of installing, only to reveal when finished the app is full of adds and requires a subscription. Sorry, I don’t particularly feel like paying to see the weather. Finding the weather is free just about anywhere. It’s amazing people subscribe to things like this. Do they just not know any better or am I just the smartest person in the world who somehow avoided drinking the CoolAid? I don’t mind a one-time fee to buy an app. I think apps should actually cost a bit more. Like in the $20-$30 range. But I don’t like having to subscribe, then paying for the rest of my life. No thanks.

What a Waste!. Don’t bother with this app! It could be a really nice app, but this guys GREED got in the way!! I have no problem with dropping a few bucks for a descendant app. However, this guy demands a subscription! And it ain’t cheap either! What a rip off! He writes a short program, with no maintenance to speak of, and still he demands -10 buck a month! The app pulls data from publicly accessible sites, he has no investment at all! Are you kidding me? It’s not like it’s Carrot Weather or something! (the Rolls Royce of weather apps) It’s not even close! At least with Carrot Weather you get what you pay for and even it’s not as pricey as this app is. Again, I would gladly pay a couple of bucks as a one time purchase for this app, but there is absolutely no reason for it to be subscription based other than greed. There are much better weather apps out there at much more reasonable prices!

Has gone downhill. Was an okay app at first. Some problems with location services (based on my physical location, I would often get forecasts for “my location” that was actually several hundred miles away). Then the ad banners started. I was able to put up with the ads, and the location detection got better. This last change now strips away existing features and places them behind a pay wall. The only advantage of this app (vs my other sources) was the ability to quickly check out the weather in the various locations I had saved. Without this feature, the app is much less useful than my other app choices. An additional note: I could customize winds to display in mph, kph, or m/s—whereas wind is usually expressed in knots (at least by people who are keenly interested in the wind).

Down hill. I’ve had this app for quite awhile and what started out as a good weather app has deteriorated to app full of pop up ads and to make things worse is now forcing a pay version for the options that were all just free.

Expensive and annoying. $30/year? Seriously? And if you don’t upgrade, the app bombards you with ads at an incredible rate… almost every time you touch the screen, there’s a new ad…. I’m a software developer and I never complain about subscriptions but this one is really over-priced…

It used to be a good app. This app was very easy to use and simple and everything that I needed to know was easy to see. Until it’s been updated recently, I have to figure out some things on the setting. They changed the unit of temperature they also changed the time into military time setup. So I get confused when checking. I don’t think I will still use this.

Too little features for free. You have to pay to get the rest of the features also I was writing a really long review and I exit it out so I’m not gonna get into details and write something really long so I’m just gonna tell you I do not recommend this unless you want to spend money and also if you want a free 368 hour radar go on tropicaltidbits.com and then click forecast models then your there also there’s a bunch of advanced weather stuff if you want that too I go on there everyday I recommend it.

App feedback. I really like the look and feel of this app, but there is one thing that I would like to see addressed. When the app is opened, it always opens up with the topmost selection in the saved locations. I’m a snowbird and spend half of my time in Florida and half of my time in Massachusetts, and would like to easily be able to rearrange the list of saved places so that the app opens up to where I am. If I turn on current location, It tells me that I’m in cities that are 100 miles away, or more. It looks like it’s picking my location based on my IP address which is usually somewhere other than where I physically am, and if it’s NOT using my IP address, then the app really and truly has no idea of where I am. If you delete a saved location, from say,it’s 4th spot down on the saved list, there is no easy way to get it back to that spot that I’ve found, other than to delete every saved location after that then re-enter all of them in the order you want them in. So, right now, my winter residence is in saved position #1, and my summer residence is in saved position #4, and I can’t find any way to easilyswap them around. Fix that minor annoyance, and I’ll change my rating.
