   Glitch. Just tried to listen to your update.. I clicked on 3 different ‘video weather updates’ & all I got was a new commercial, each time I clicked for the weather. None of the weather reports played. My iPhone was turned up & was at 93% battery

   Trash Weather App. Constant ads. There are far better weather apps out there that will tell you what to expect for the day without having to watch a 30 second ad for a 15 second video.

   Video ads ruined this marginal app. Ok I get the ad banners for the free app. But having to watch a 30 second video when trying to watch the live streaming during a tornado warning is just ridiculous. Only thing I keep this app for is the radar and the live video stream during warnings. UPDATE 11/2019 Just deleted this app. After the latest upgrade it’s clear that the ads are the most important thing - taking up 25% of the home page screen. No longer see any link for a live stream, home page radar is tiny...just...no... My Radar Pro is awesome and NO ads.

   I think you broke something?. Either that or the more likely conclusion is user error but, after the recent changes to the radar display, I can no longer click the change what radar I want to see (past, past and future, or future). That is a real bummer! Also getting phantom storms now where there are severe markings on the map but no rain or storm activity at all behind them. Can we have the old radar back please?

   Where did the livestream go?!. Sitting here with tornado sirens and can’t find the live weather stream on this dang app. I used to be able to find it without issue, but now all I can find are the individual warning videos which offer nothing for current tracking. Disappointed they’ve deprioritized the safety of they’re viewers with bad user experience updates.

   App is horrible!! Usually wrong. The app is often wrong, even compared to their own website!! App also takes forever to load and then stops at an ad for 5-20 seconds! This is just a greed app for them - just use their website or any other app. And the support for the app is non existent! Goes to their website where they just ignore and blast you with 100x ads there

   Tornado!? I wouldn’t know cause I had to wait for ads!. Today was my last straw with your app. I got the notification there was a tornado warning for my area, thank god it wasn’t because I had to wait through 2 30 second ads before it let me view the video the notification was linked to. That’s a whole minute while I also had to reassure an autistic kiddo that I was sure it was a false alarm and that it must be for someplace else…and that’s not mentioning how many tornado warnings that came 6 minutes or more AFTER they were issued.

   Meteorologists know NOTHING!. Within the span of 25 minutes in which I checked four times, the forecast went from 10% rain to 70% rain to 50% rain to 5% rain. Some might call the fluctuations but I call it dummy syndrome. “Only thing you can be terrible at and still have a job.”

    No volume. No volume on your broadcast, commercials of course come in loud and clear.

    KCRG weather app. When I first got it, it was great. Now it is garbage. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it several times. It only works about every other time. I access it. Half the time it just sits and flashes and doesn’t do anything. Very very very unimpressed with the KCRG weather app.

    Definitely less useful than the previous news/weather app. The radar is far less useful than the one that used to be on their news site. I would much prefer to get my weather and KCRG news from one location but now I have to open two different apps. It also redundant that the app always starts with an advertisement for the app.

    Have to restart phone for map to work. The so called performance enhancement upgrade was a major step down. The map doesn’t work and it is extremely slow when it does. Please fix it.

    Too many ads. Good for tracking normal weather but when severe weather hits and I’m checking on my loved ones and trying to watch the broadcast I don’t want to have to watch a stupid ad every time I tune back in to the broadcast. Even if I let the broadcast load when service is spotty and my screen times out and locks, guess what… another ad. Fix this please!

    New setup. Hi, new setup to view the view quickly is awful. You have ads that take forever to clear and can’t even get to a very easy to read pinpoint Doppler like before. Change is good when things need to change, but if something isn’t broke, why fix it! Go back to the old format …..PLEASE!!!!. I will no longer go to KCRG for new and weather updates if this can’t be done!!!!!!! Maybe KWWL understands that new technology just because you can use it is better!

    Complicated and uninformative. I am vacationing in Florida. All I wanted was a radar of precipitation in eastern Iowa. It was unnecessarily complicated to get there. I will use Channel 2 from now on.

    Pop Ups. Just trying to check out the weather and you have to wait for the CID ad. Then in one scan of the upcoming week’s weather this rate our app asked twice within about 30 seconds.
