Not what is was. I used to enjoy using this app, but then it was “updated” and I can’t really use it. I’d like to end my subscription. I’ve tried looking for my Visa info to remove it before renewal but can’t find it. I’ve tried deleting my account but get “error internal”. I’ve emailed iHydrate three times but no response. Am I stuck with this? Should I delete to app from everywhere one my iPhone? I really don’t want to change my Visa because it’ll mean I have to change the info on every business I use online…a big hassle.

Completely changed everything.. I have used ihydrate for close to 8+ years and I enjoyed it so much I even paid for the upgrade. Now that they have updated the app to subscriptions, I have completely lost the extra features I paid for. On top of that, I can’t find a way to contact them becasue the contact links are broken. I used to love the simplicity of this app and the flexibility the upgrade I paid for provided. I am angry that u wasn’t informed of this update for that my money went to waste like that. I do not support this app anymore.

Lost years of tracking. I’ve used iHydrate for years and it was a great simple app for tracking my beverage consumption throughout the day. With this new update, all of my data is gone(without notice) and now much for the basic functionality is behind a pay wall. I understand everyone is trying to make money with subscriptions nowadays but for a water app, $40 is ridiculous. Moreover, the new interface is rather childish - I just need water tracking, I don’t need a cartoon cat.

To much. Instead of getting rid of the old app, why didn’t you just write a brand new one? Apparently, you did write a brand new one, but you deleted the old one. The previous version did one simple thing right and that’s all I need. The new one does everything except for cleaning out your cats litter box. I don’t need all that crap and I don’t need to spend a monthly subscription either.

Basic functions now behind a paywall?! Wow.. I've used this app (for free) daily for years to record my water intake for health reasons, and this update is so bad I'm deleting the app and have already found its replacement. Basic functions I've used for years, like adjusting the time of your drink when you record it, has now been put behind a paywall! Even something as simple as being able to set your own daily goal instead it of being dictated based on your weight/activity/etc. is now suddenly impossible! Very disappointed.

Version 2.0.2 don’t bother. Deleted this after the update upgrade. Totally different product. I don’t want a cute cat. The old version was great and the free version was perfect. You have to buy the subscription if you want this new version to do anything.

You will need to Pay $$ now. They updated this app and took away the ability to log tea, coffee, or juice unless you want to pay $5 MONTHLY or $40 a YEAR for it. The cat water counter is also dumb. Will be using another app.

Bought it today, app stuck on sign up screen. I Purchased this app today, and I am not able to sign up. It is just stuck. Have restarted my phone. My phone has iOS 16 update. Phone is also new so I don’t understand why the app is stuck. “Next “ option not working. Clicked on it so many times. Please address this issue. I will give it another day to work otherwise I will have to write for a refund. Thank You!

Unable to create user. I put in all the information needed to create a user and hit next and nothing happens. Nothing tells you what’s wrong you get no response so therefore you can’t even use the app.

Does not work Waste of Money. I should have read the reviews. The app is broken and probably no longer being supported by the devs. I cannot sign up for an account due to a “server error” and “server not found”. I tried re-installing, re-setting my phone and nothing. Can’t even log into the app to use it. I have not been able to get a refund. Don’t waste your money and go with something else. This is a scam.

Doesn't work in iOS 14. I always loved this app and downloaded it for my SE 2020 version (iOS 14). It refuses to let me log in or create a new account. Takes the info but when I try to click on NEXT button after entering my login details, refuses to click. Can't do anything without logging in, so I'm stuck with a useless app.
