   Not Good on my iPhone 14 Plus. This app does not have all the options for you to make changes. I have contacted the company. They have responded with everything that they have told me to do does not fix the problem. It works fine on my iPad with a different water H cup, but I would like it on my phone.

    Terrible app. Using this bottle would be great if the app worked correctly. Got this yesterday it worked fine. Afte drinking today. It wasn’t syncing to my phone even though it was connected via BT. I logged out of the app and was unable to login. I tried to create a new account; I tried uninstalling an reinstalling the app and it still doesn’t work. Go with another brand or just make yourself an NFC shortcut to your water consumption. This isn’t great.

    CANT SIGN IN. I got this water bottle and can’t even use it because I can’t even sign in through the app. I’ve tried different phones nobody can get past the login screen.

    Incorrect reading. Despite filling the bottle with 1 liter of water, it tracks my consumption as 1.9 liters. This bottle is not worth purchasing for tracking water intake.

    Fake 5 stars reviews to promote this. All these 5 star reviews are fake. Neither this product works nor the app. It doesn’t sync half of the time. Everyday I finish 7-8 bottles of water but it only records 2-3. Its better I get that one gallon mark bottle and keep drinking rather than spending so much on junk that doesn’t work at all. There is no customer support. All you get from the customer support is tilt the bottle to 30degtee while drinking and every time you take a sip, open the app and let it sync. The background sync does’t work at all. It feels like someone was in hurry to get good money at shark-tank by making a prototype that worked in front of the investors and after that who cares. This is seriously a junk and I will never ever promote this junk to anyone.

    Love the water bottle hate the app. The app is clumsy to use then it requires a complex password that expires and resetting it is messy at best. Guys it just my water in take. Come on make the reset easier. it expires and doesn’t let you know so the data is lost. This is only a big deal because I preload water in take before long runs.

    App won’t let you reset password after logging you out. I am writing this hoping the right person sees it to fix the issue. I love using the app and would give it a 5/5, but it logged me out for no reason, and will get frozen on the screen where you reset the password. Doing so on the app is the only option, and can’t do it on the website. So now this bottle has become useless unless they can fix this issue

    Can’t even sign up in app. I tire numerous password variations and keep getting the message that for security reasons your password needs this and that. Well I’ve done this and take and nothing!! Extremely frustrated with this app right now.

    APP NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!. The app is telling me to enter a password, no matter what, when I enter my password, it does not work! Telling me to add 6 letters and 1 number and 1 uppercase letter. I did all and it did not work!

    Download from apple health. Love the bottles but have older ones from another company that I keep at work and upload to apple health. Water H does not download their data but water h syncs both ways so they get the data these bottles upload to apple health.

    Good app with one omission. This would easily be a 5 star app except for one glaring omission. It writes water data to Apple Health but does not read it. This wouldn’t be so bad if they had a decent watch app. I use the WaterMinder app which has a fantastic watch app making it easy to log drinks you don’t use the WaterH bottle for. For example coffee, juice or drinks at a restaurant. WaterMinder will let you log these plus read the automatic logs from WaterH. Oddly WaterH lets you check off the read water data from Apple Health but it actually doesn’t do this (I contacted support and confirmed this). So if they can fix the read option or create a decent watch app I would bump this up to 5 stars. If you don’t care about logging from a watch or other apps it will probably work fine for you.

    Well done. Needs watch function. Math bug.. A well written app. Clear UI. Watch notifications and watch shortcuts would be a great addition. There is a bug on the Activity screen where it intends to show a daily average (as labeled) but shows a weekly sum instead.

    Issues with the app not loading. I just got the bottle and the app and have used it for 2 days. I have already had to delete and reinstall and now it will not let me in to my Apple account login that I still have. It would not let me edit my profile either she. I had the app. Please fix this app

    Overall good app, notification is way too loud. Great app to pair with the water bottle. I love how it helps keep track of my water intake and I have no issues with the app functionality itself. However, the app notification is very loud especially if you’re wearing headphones, and I might uninstall the app entirely if I can’t figure out how to either turn the volume down or turn off notifications.

    Not IA just a simple timer. The app has not intelligence. It’s just a reminder every hour to drink. It doesn’t care if I drank 5 minutes before the reminder
