   Terrible.. I literally can not sync anything. I went on fiver and got someone to create a pallet. Bought the subscription but it doesn’t work. I’m stuck in the app. Can’t even check my log in info. Had to create a new account to get the saved pallet. Can only access on a browser and not the app. There is no email or phone number for support. I am upset.

   Isn’t what it seems to be. doesn’t analyze your season and give you a result. You have to figure it out yourself even after a $15 purchase!

   In app purchases don’t work. Got this app hoping it would help me to figure out what my color analysis is for styling. It allows you to take pictures in the app and then view the picture with filters (for free) which was great but I was still left confused. So I pay the $14 “premium fee” to get a “professional opinion” and the page won’t load. I’ve tried everything to get it to reload including deleting the app and reinstalling all for nothing. Seems like the app needs an update at the least.

   Scam. I made the mistake of purchasing the premium subscription only to learn that you have to hire a personal consultant if you want to learn your style color. Otherwise, all it does is take your photo and place it in the center of various combinations of colors leaving you to decipher which ones are best. If I knew, I wouldn’t need the app.

   Useless. It gives thousands of option of palettes and colors. So every color match. It doesn’t help anything, only confuses you more. Btw, you don’t need the app, according to it everything is fine

   Don’t get this!. It doesn’t do color analysis for you, YOU have to figure it out on your own putting a picture of your face next to a bunch of color wheels. And if you DO want color analysis, it sends you to a bunch of other color analysis you can pay more money to. Not only is this a WASTE of money, but they charged me TWICE!

   Downgraded. I used to at least be able to see a brief overview of all my colors, now you only get 3? Not worth it anymore

    Why the change?. This app used to be so helpful and gave me my season and colors. I paid for the premium for that reason. Somewhere along the line it changed and now you have to know your season already or pay someone to do your colors. Do not recommend anymore.

    Waste of money. Doesn’t tell you what season you are or what your best colors would be - you have to know which season you are already, which is the whole reason I downloaded the app to begin with (to find out my season). Very limited functionality, not user friendly, absolute waste of money

    Feeling frustrated. I thought you could do so much on this app. However you seemly can’t. The user guide shows all kinds of fun things but I can’t actually find them on the app. And if you get directed from the user guide to something you can’t change the pallet options. I might be missing something???

    Username deleted?. I paid to upgrade to the premium. Now it won’t let me login. It’s says that my username is not in the database or that it’s been deleted. I cannot find a way to contact the company directly on the app or via email. Sadly more wasted money on yet another mediocre app

    Did I just pay for my phone to crash?. This is awful. I paid the money for the premium and the app gets stuck on a single page without allowing me to leave it. I restarted my phone and closed and opened the app several times but I’m still stuck on a random page to choose my color season even though I already have done that multiple times. I wish I could get a refund but I can’t even access any other page to get to my account. Absolute scam of an app that just wants your 12 dollars

    Premium is useless. I sprung for premium thinking it would tell me whether a color is in my palette and if not, what season it is in. It tells me what colors from my palette the color in question is closest to but doesn’t offer key info such as whether a color is warm or cool, muted or bright, or how close it is to the similar colors it shows. This gives these features no real practical value.

    Not worth it. Don’t pay for the premium. The app is unhelpful. The descriptions for each section lacks clarity. It’s almost intentionally confusing so that you reach out to their stylist.

    Не распознает фото. Загрузила уже миллион разных фото, в разном качестве и никакое не распознает. Лицо занимает 30 процентов и более , уже разные варианты пробовала и загружала фото лиц из интернета. Не работает.

    Not an app. I opened the app chose a color type and it opened to their website? There is not anything else period. No trying on colors no saving to the app nothing talk about a waste of time. I was already on your website before I even knew there was an app that leads me right back to your website. His is not a real app. Sorry.

    Don’t bother if you don’t already know what your best colors are. If you don’t know if your a mild winter clear winter deep winter or whatever in each season, then the option is to contact one of their experts for $85. You see that option in the pic that says Don’t know your tone? Click here… yeah. Takes you to a consultant. If I wanted to spend $100 on a consultant I wouldn’t have downloaded the app.

    Not accurate. I tried the same photo several different times and each one received a different analysis. I tried colors on my face that were very similar and ones that were not according to the colors they let you choose. I have blue eyes and it picked up a dark grey. Yes, I’m in good lighting with no makeup. Dressika has been more accurate.

    Not helpful. This app doesn’t include a range of skin tones to assess. It only has like three. As a brown person the user experience is not helpful at all.

    Not good for blk skin. Kept typing me as dark Winter because it couldn’t read my very dark brown eyes and hair. They both kept coming up as black.
