   Too much data sharing. I feel that smart closet needs too much of our personal identifiers and so today I switched to a more privacy forward option option,

   Does not work anymore on iPad. BUYER BEWARE! There is no longer customer service support. You can lose access to your data because there isn’t a way to access without the app. The app has stopped allowing sign-in on iPad.

   What's the Point. I completely couldn't believe that 2 years of collecting images for this app was gone in an update. The Pro Version is linked to my Facebook and it won't log in. I understand that apps sometimes do not care, right? However, the company won't even answer emails regarding this matter. What's the point of taking our money but not giving the dedicated users an heads up? This is tragic and neglectful of Rabbit Tech.

   Lost all my data. I was suddenly logged out of my account and all my data is gone. I previously paid to have my data backed up, yet none of it is loading back when I attempt to log back into my account. I am missing my entire closet and lookbook, both of which I have accumulated over the course of years. I am hoping there’s a way to restore everything!!!!! Seems like a lot of people are dealing with this

   Lost all my data. Terrible app , I paid used it for a year, it’s a lot of work to add items over a year, all the wardrobe items disappeared… there’s no contact to reach to fix this issue , I don’t recommend

   Latest update erased my closet. I’ve used and loved this app for many years but the most recent update deleted everything but my profile pic

   App randomly crashed and deleted everything!. This was one of my favorite, most convenient app until it started glitching and randomly signing me out of my account so certain clothing items I’d added would disappear. Eventually that glitch would start to happen more often and I began to get annoyed. However after having the app for years and inputing and editing thousands of clothing pieces, the app crashed and deleted everything from my account. I am very upset and don’t think I will be using this app again considering how much energy and time it took to input every clothing piece to begin with.

   New update Nov 2025 still not working!. This app used to be good. And with my previous review it needed an update. Well unfortunately, it only worked for iPhone and not the iPad. And even with the update my entire closet that already existed is still missing. I was able to restore my purchase of the Pro version. I am writing this here because the company never responds to customer emails. So even though it’s a start, they still have a lot of work to do.

    Make it work again. I loved this app, but like another reviewer I got logged out and can’t log in again. I tried on my iphone, my mac and nothing. I even tried their website and was able to log in, but can’t see any of my clothes. It’s incredibly frustrating because I paid for both IOS and desktop apps, spent so much time curating everything and now I can’t even get a reply from the app’s developer.

    Can’t log in anymore. After years of use and so much time used to photograph, upload, create looks the app simply doesn’t work anymore. Emailed the company many times and never got a response.

    Logged out and won’t log me back in. Used this to organize costumes for my high school dance program. The app logged me out and now won’t allow me to log in. I have lost 100+ hours of work.

    Complete Developer Failure. MongoDB (the service that allows for cloud syncing data as well as signin) announced end-of-life support for applications— and the developers did not warn a single person that this would mean all app data would become inaccessible and login would fail going forward. I’d been using this app for five years— every single item in my closet had been added, I use it for packing/planning every day, and now I have lost all of my data forever. This is a HUGE failure that reflects the developer’s lack of care for its users and for maintaining the app. This app should be banned from the App Store. Anyone who paid for Pro should immediately demand their money back.

    Lost everything. Updating my rating now to 1⭐️ as the app now will no longer log me in. I have lost everything; years of uploading garments, creating outfits, and making packing lists and calendars all down the drain. If you’re looking at downloading this, RUN. Run fast and run far from this smoldering pile of ashes of a once great app. Old review: I recently opened the app to make a packing list and noticed many of my items and looks were missing. I checked a prior packing list and sure enough they were there, but missing from the main pages and unselectable in packing lists! It’s like the data is present but corrupt. SmartCloset devs please look into this! Please!!! ETA: upon further review it appears if the look is on your calendar, it likely will be unavailable on the main lookbook page

    Feel scammed. Stopped working with no warning and no opportunity to back up data. I have used this app regularly for several years and loved it, but suddenly it logged me out and wouldn’t let me log back in. It seems the app and website is not supported any more but there was absolutely no communication about this. I feel scammed because I paid for pro specifically to be able to download my backed up data and never even had the chance.

    Is the app gone?! What's going on?!! Can't log in. I've been using this app for a few years now. I even use it for work- out of the blue stopped working, no access, no pictures,no info available, shows an error message. no customer service e-mail what's going on!?!!

    DO NOT USE THIS APP. I just lost multiple years worth of work when I tried to follow the instructions to back up the app so I could put it on my new tablet. Literally everything is gone. I’m begging you guys to use a different app so you don’t have to deal with this.

    Fix Facebook login issue or allow change login style. I’ve loved this app for a while now, and have taken the time to curate my entire closet, but for months now I haven’t been able to log in or see anything because they have a Facebook connection issue that that won’t fix! This means all my work is useless and I can’t even get to my looks at all. There is currently no way to link accounts or change login styles away from Facebook. PLEASE FIX THIS!

    Lost everything after 3 years of using. I’ve been using this app for 3 years now, and I’ve not found another that does all that this one does, so I’ve used it almost every day to help me pick out outfits that work! However, I tried reinstalling it today to see if it would fix some glitch that kept me from seeing any of my images, and I lost EVERYTHING. 😩 It took me forever to get every piece from my closet uploaded and edited, and now it’s all gone. Edited to add: I have now lost my entire closet two times. This app crashes so much.

    Lost all data. Was a great app till I opened it one day and my hours of work and almost all items had disappeared. I backed up constantly but nothing is restoring! Don’t waste your time with this app for no reason you might lose it all in the blink of an eye. I tried contacting them also but no one responded.

    DO NOT UPDATE. Even if you have the backup and sync on, once you update the app, everything is wiped out. Learned it the hard way today. I cannot retrieve the countless items I added over the years. I had to reset and recover through icloud backup but it did not fully restore. Speechless. I regret updating the app.

    Don’t bother. I used this app for years and it was great, unfortunately the new update deleted half of my closet and reset it to the state it was in probably a year ago. I tried to reach out to support but their solution was for me to “update the app” which was the whole reason I lost half my closet in the first place. Now they won’t even reply to me. I’m not going to waste my time with this anymore, I’ll be finding a new more reliable app. Please do yourself a favor and download a different app.
