   Terrible.. First of all, to unlock the icons you have to watch an ad just to unlock ONE icon. 67 cents a week isn’t bad but I’m not paying to customize my phone!

   App has not been working for awhile. None of my gift widgets will load and I keep getting error codes. I’ve tried downloading and removing the app and nothing works. It’s frustrating that there’s no way to contact these people.

   Horrible instructions. Upon paying the 40$ to even get into the app you try and use it and are met with the worst instructions ever, “after you download you need to install, go to settings app, click the installed profile” yeah? Where’s that at? no option in settings lets you see downloaded files this isn’t a pc it’s an iOS phone you need more detailed instructions on what to do and how to do it.

   Used to be good. The transparent widgets no longer line up so they don’t work. It’s been like this for while over a year and I keep waiting for them to fix it and they never do. Tried to contact them through the app but it doesn’t work. Waste of money. Use a different service.

   Wow. This app was the best of its kind…3 years ago….now it’s pure garbage and needs to be taken off the App Store asap. I’m so glad I paid so much money for an app developed by a bunch of quitters. Yall suck.

    TRASH. This app is trash. You can’t download more than 8 icons even after paying $34.99 to subscribe. App support doesn’t work. Can’t get help with this thing. I am deleting this app & disputing the charges.

    Dead app. I used to love this app and have had it for years but the devs have pretty much abandoned the app. There hasn’t been an update in over a year. Primary functions of the app no longer work, although devs are quick to make sure you’re still paying for your subscription. An error code pops up when opening the app, widgets don’t work, gifs don’t work and much more.

    No Help. I just downloaded this app and I cannot add a theme. The setup theme button is under the app lift line. Tried to use the help but get an error. Get an error when trying to contact support. Can someone help please?

    Can’t access widgets. I have a subscription and suddenly I cannot access my widgets. I keep getting an error message but the appropriate solutions don’t work. I have this problem with no other apps.

    Literally app won’t work because of vpn. I have literally turned off all my VPN and even deleted them. And the stupid app still won’t work. I can’t go in and change things I can’t go and edit widgets. The only thing I can do is change the widget to anything I have created before. This is really disappointing because I loved using this app. You guys need to fix it and let us use it with VPN because obviously even though my VPN is off, it still doesn’t work.

    App no longer working. I’ve used this app for a few years now and in the last month or so the app has stopped working. Every time the app is opened it states there is a VPN or proxy enabled that is preventing access (I have no VPN or proxy enabled. It’s really frustrating as I enjoyed this app a lot. Hoping for an update to fix this but not too hopeful seeing the other similar reviews

    What an absolute waste of time and money.. Downloaded the app it immediately charges $34 for the year. I was hoping to just do monthly but whatever. But here’s the kicker. The app DOES NOT WORK. It keeps telling me I’m using a vpn (I’m not) and nothing comes up. I’d give 0 stars if I could. Not happy

    App won’t launch. I’ve used this app multiple times over the last year and it’s worked fine. Now whenever I try to use it, nothing loads and a pop up comes on the screen telling me I have a vpn and the app didn’t allow them. I don’t have a vpn. Turned off wifi, still didn’t work. I deleted and redownloaded, still doesn’t work. I tried to go to app support but it’s a dummy website attachment that just takes you to the app store to download the app.

    Trouble Lately. I have used this app for awhile now and I can say it is the best for widgets, however ever since I switched to the Iphone 16 pro and updated my ios it has not worked. When I say this I mean it won’t let me access the help button and it won’t let me access the app store for icon downloads. How can I resolve this?

    SCAM! You Pay Upfront then App Won’t Load. You are asked to pay the full amount upfront, no trial period or anything. Then once you try to open the app and error message appears claiming your VPN is the issue (I don’t have a VPN). There is also no way to contact the developer for a refund or to troubleshoot. Feels like a scam to me.
