   Ayoub. Bad app from the first minute. I wanted to unsubscribe but didn't know how. I emailed support two days ago and got no response. I'm frustrated. What is this app that doesn't have an unsubscribe feature? I contact customer service without response

   No way to cancel subscription. The app itself is great and works perfectly well however the customer service is not great. I got the free trial but it seems impossible to cancel the subscription. There is no proper information on how to cancel just how to buy!

   Scam - the 1 star is for audacity. Immediate payment taken - just the same as for the other reviewer. Dishonourable behaviour. I may have continued to subscribe. You have now permanently lost this potential customer.

    Scam!. They promise 3-day free trial but will debit you IMMEDIATELY you activate it.

    SCAM. I downloaded the app and selected what was clearly presented as a free trial. Instead, I was instantly charged for a full year and given a subscription through 2026. I cancelled right away, but the charge still went through and the subscription remains active. The setup feels deceptive, and others should be cautious before signing up. I’ve contacted support to request a full reversal but haven’t heard back. Really disappointing business practice. I wish I could give them 0 stars. Yuck, yuck, yuck.

    400$+ per year are you dumb?. The cost of this app is more than 5x what paying for office 365 costs. MS Word has speech to text transcription built in and also works extremely well on ios. Who is paying for this? And how can I sell you stuff too?

    Do not use this until they fixed this issue！. When you are recoding it shows transcript, everything Seems All well and good. When you finish recording it asks you to rename - Guess what, it's not displayed As what you renamed！ And it doesn't not show transcript Even you find the file and paid for subscription！ Not user friendly. No tutorial. Just don't pay until it's improved

    Unable to test without paying. I wanted to test the transcribe feature before I pay. Cannot even test a one minute recording. Free trial is a total lie. I needed to see what quality the recording needs to be.

    Not response from company. I accidentally subscribed and immediately sent a message to the company asking how to cancel as there was no visible way to do so in the app. No response from company

    IRecord. Couldn’t correctly take notes and charged me $7.99 for the privilege. I had signed up for a weekly subscription. When I realised it didn’t work and went to cancel , I noted I was listed for yearly subscription with monthly direct debits.
