   Horrible. I had a subscription that I paid monthly for and all of the sudden they say the account doesn’t exist.

   Useless customer care. For three days now, I can’t access the app. It keeps showing web error. Contact with customer service explaining to them that I’m unable to log into the app both times they’re telling me we are investigating the case in the meantime I am paying for service, but I cannot watch and they just keep asking for my patience. My patience doesn’t pay the bill. Very frustrating and somehow this all coincides with the beginning of the soccer World Cup. So I haven’t been able to watch anything since then.

    thats what am said. The new update 8.0.0 was sometimes bad and not nice at all. Sometimes the appearance of the application became stupid. The shapes and colors, even the video playback icons. Sometimes it was not nice and tiring to the eyes. The shape and color began to crack. As for the previous update and the updates before it 7.109.0, the shapes and colors are much sweeter and comfortable for the eyes, allowing one to see well and focus well. Now the application after the last update does not deserve higher than a star.

    Terrible app. These people are so dumb when you contact them they seem to not understand the situation at all their programming is not working correctly on the TV app and I’ve been trying to get the message to them for the last three months and they still don’t understand I sent videos I sent pictures. I sent everything. They just hate Dishnetwork customers and they make it the app they just wanna take your money and then make it hard for you to watch. What’s the problem if I have the app and I’m that I can’t AirPlay it on my TV so stupid. When are they gonna wake up? I have reached out to you. That’s why I’m writing this review. You didn’t do anything about it. It’s been three months now I’m trying to reach someone who can understand the But there is nobody there smart enough you guys hate Dishnetwork customers that’s why you don’t allow airplay. That’s why you hide the way you sign your app with Dishnetwork you make it very hard to find and that’s why your programming don’t work on their TV

    The app keeps freezing on the loading screen and is not functioning at all on iPhone. Shahid is completely unusable on my iPhone. It keeps freezing on the loading screen, and I have a paid yearly subscription that I cannot access. This is very disappointing and needs urgent fixing.
