   Robbers and Scammers.. I was charged $24.99 for the VIP subscription. I contacted Apple because I was charged yet was locked out of all videos and had no access to any of the VIP benefits. After five days, Apple finally told me they would not do anything and to contact the developers. Which is what I did. Now the subscription period is almost over tomorrow yet the developers have yet to reply to my message. Both Sereal+ and Apple stole my money for the fee yet did not do anything to resolve the issue. We will never subscribe to serial plus..

   Fraud/ripoff. I paid and I still can’t watch no shows smh. They won’t give me a refund or unlock the show, the sad thing about it is they won’t even respond to me.

I usually go with the drama site but tried out this app it’s good and when I find something that is great I do tend to purchase coins so I can finish it one sitting but everytime I want to get to the next 1 minute the ads don’t work so you don’t get that freebie at all it’s been the same since day one even with the latest update

   Money Scam. I paid $7.99 for 800 coins +240 bonus coins to try out the app and got one episode that said it cost 60 coins before it told me to either buy more coins or watch an add. Not cool.

   Scam or bad coders?. App is glitchy & unreliable. Randomly, after update, users are logged out and all history is deleted. Any $ paid towards shorts is lost. Scam or bad coder?

    Subscribers BEWARE!!!!!!!. I paid for this app for a full year. Only received a couple of months before started locking up and I hsve to watch ads for it to open 1-2 minutes. Emailed company and no response 2/25 update sent 4 emails with no response from these people. I’m now planning to declare fraud with my credit card company. Sine this company lack integrity!

    Nana4. I purchased a monthly subscription. Apple charged me and ending date shows in my subscription page. On the Sereal plus app it does not show the subscription and I’m unable to access locked episodes. I have sent messages to the developer through the app and emails. To date I have received no responses. Even though the app purchase went through on 2-24, I’m unable to view the dramas without purchasing a new membership.

    Wish i could give zero stars!. The support team does not respond, was trying to purchase the lower subscription however it switch somehow and i accidentally bought the year, tried to get my refund from both apple and this company. I even deleted the app and cancelled the subscription but both company refuses to refund my 200$

    Extortion. The app has a Google add that tries to force you to add features to your phone that you can’t skip, with this you can’t watch adds to get points to watch episodes. The only other way is to pay to watch episodes and be extorted out of money to enjoy a series. I think I’ll just delete the app

    Monthly subscription. I paid for a monthly prescription and I have not been able to watch a drama all the way through yet. It’s been three days since I bought it and I haven’t gotten through one drama. I keep getting the pop-up to pay for a subscription. It continue to watch it, but it’s stating that I already paid. The subscription is very annoying that this keeps happening. I sent an email to inquire about this, but I haven’t heard anything back so I’m stuck with a monthly subscription and can’t watch any dramas.

    Does not have any good quality. I hate it. They don’t let me watch anything after like a couple episodes and they don’t let me use ads and they never give more than like 2 rewards I just don’t like it at all. It’s a terrible do not go watch it. Do not like it. Don’t even buy it don’t it’s a waste of storage phone.

    Great app. I liked this app until it stopped working yesterday now I can’t even watch the ads to see the clips it sends thru test mode apps and I let it run for like 2 minutes and nothing I get nothing from it. Very upsetting

    Forced ads. This app will give you the chance to watch ads for 10 extra episodes but lately it will have you watch up to 7 to 8 ads and still won’t give you the credit for watching ads so it seems lately they’re more interested in ads only not worth it stick to DramaBox or Kalos instead

    Nope. I have watched so many different ones and this one only lets you watch so many videos each day. Which is fine but it stops letting you do that at like 10 episodes away from the end unless you pay. I will be uninstalling this app I have other ones I don’t have to pay anything I just have to watch ads and I can only get 10 a day which I am okay with.
