   Worst app. This is probably the worst app I have ever had pay enough for device and I am unable to watch anything always drop or rrro message

   Streaming sports is horrible. Good luck watching a sporting event with out freeze ups or buffering, signed up for spectrum TV for the World Cup, the app just crashing out or buffers the whole time full cell bars and wifi , interface is slow. Canceling my cell service and tv with spectrum!

   Unreliable. The app is always stalling, at least every 10-15 minute. Im attached to my Spectrum wi-fi & I still have to reset the app continuously. Its terrible.

   Bro what’s up with the app. Bro, what’s up with the app? I’m trying to watch the World Cup games right now at the moment and it keeps crashing. I have good signal. I have all bars right now at the moment why is the app crashing?

   Garbage. This app is garbage. Just like their internet service. Why do are we forced to pay so much for things that never work as they should? FIX THE CRASHING.

   Constant issues. This app is literally terrible and I wouldn’t use it if it weren’t included in my spectrum bill. It buffers, doesn’t load, and doesn’t leave where you left off. I hate it so much that I’m about to pay for other platforms to watch the shows I get from this app -_-

    Quality. The app stops constantly and gives me an error. Oddly, this happens only during peak weekend times on specific stations…

    Spectrum is #1 at Annoying Customers. Spectrum has found yet another way to annoy customers. I frequently find myself in a position where Spectrum is tying to push their own news and weather channel on me even though I never actually view that channel. Why does spectrum run that channel anyways? They are running a news and weather channel that is not needed, there are plenty of equivalent choices. The costs of running that needless operation are passed onto me, driving up my cable costs. Thanks! Frequently when I turn on my TV, the Spectrum app loads an ad promoting one of spectrum's bundled streaming services instead of showing live tv content, as you would expect. Spectrum should put a preference into their app that disables those ads. I don't need to continually get ads for HBO MAX when I've already signed up for that.

    What’s the point. What’s the point of this app when you can’t watch most channels when not home. Kind of defeats the point of a mobile app if you can’t use it while being mobile.

    How to sing in?. I’m trying to sign in for the first time but there’s only a sign in button so I can’t login to make my first account and it keeps saying it doesn’t match it’s records like I’m even on it. I’m trying to download it so I can start watching it zero stars.

    Missed World Cup. Pushing a forced update mid-game during the World Cup is a horrible user experience. My stream cut out with zero warning. Push these overnight when the TV is off!

    Worst App. Spectrum TV app is by far the worst app on my Apple TV. It has lots of content, but is blurry half the time with live tv broadcasts. Use any other app for live streaming.

    Never Works. This app never works. It always logs me out and when I’m away from home it never lets me log back in. Now I’m home and on my spectrum internet and it won’t connect

    You broke the app!! No video!. Thanks a bunch. You updated the app today and now I get absolutely no video at all. I hear audio but can’t see a darned thing on any channel. You turned my TV into a radio. Great job, Spectrum. SMH

    Constantly Timing Out. You can’t watch a 30 minute program without Spectrum pausing with the worry wheel spinning!

    No support. This app used to work, now all I get for days now is the service is down, wait and try again later. Two days later it still doesn’t work. My home tv lost all tv channel listings, took almost two hours to chat online to fix that problem, but of course I had to go through this AI automated system that was no help first

    SPECTRUM TV APP. I had the app it has always worked but the last 3 days it just sits and spins - not opening- so I deleted it then downloaded the Spectrum TV App again- it just sits and spins - does not open WHY??
