    Almost a scam. I live in the US and I got the ad-supported subscription. They show the same Spanish-speaking ad 10 times in a row in each ad break. It’s not worth my money.

    No subtitles. I am very disappointed😔 that the new Ramadan all of series do not have subtitles. I am hard of hearing and I depend on subtitles to understand the content. Please support accessibility for everyone. Subtitles are very important for people like me.

    Poor App & Very Bad Experience. You need to add a download button next to each episode like all the entertainment apps out there. Why you’re insisting to be stupid. All the other apps are better than you!

    No Respect for Subscribers. Subscribed mainly for the Ramadan series, and suddenly the content disappeared with no warning or explanation. This shows zero respect for viewers and paying subscribers. Very disappointing.

    No subtitles. We are one week into Ramadan 2026 and none of the series have English subtitles. I emailed customer service and they didn’t have the decency to respond.

    TV version. Can you do something to fix the app for TV version. It’s terrible, always taking forever to load, sometimes failing to load at all, suddenly stops, sometimes closes on its own. Just an extremely extremely bad experience on my TV that makes me always switch to Shahid. It didn’t use to be like that before honestly, but I have no idea what happened that it became so bad.

    Beware-Not Free. As soon as you sign up you can’t go further in the app without paying. It doesn’t give you the chance to look inside the app to decide if you want to subscribe or not. I wouldn’t recommend it. I’m deleting the app after this review.
