   Be aware of monthly payments - its a trick to get you to pay more. When you purchase the app it tricks you to think you will do one annual payment of $19.99 but it is really a monthly payment and there is no way to cancel. It is difficult to find who to speak with on the app to get support and then the support chat just sends you the terms and conditions and they will not help in anyway. I asked multiple times to cancel the monthly subscriptions within the first 30 mins of purchase when seeing what was happening and there was no help given at all. I have to report this now to my credit card because DAZN will not help. I asked to speak to a manager and also no help. BE AWARE!

   Subscription impossible to cancel. I have signed for a free trial and then month to month subscription, there is no option to cancel the account and I have been charged $20/ month since last year

   Subscription trap. Read the subscription plan it’s a 12 month trap you can cancel, but there is a catch. The catch is that your subscription will end after 1 year, so you will be billed for a year until your subscription is up. One star

   Awful abroad experience. I purchased this app solely to use in Italy for the world cup and only access in Italy. Its not letting me view and misidentifying my location as US. Scam of $20.

   Watch out for 1 year contract. If you make a purchase make sure you don’t accidentally click on the 1 year subscription if you’re only planning to use the app for a month or an event. I am stuck in a 1 year long contract that DAZN says I can go into my account and cancel but it doesn’t truly cancel because the payment will continue to be withdrawn until the one year contract ends. So you will pay $50+ a month for an entire year! Be very careful because from what I have seen and heard this has happened to a lot people that had no choice but to pay for the entire 12 month contract.

   Stuck with one year contract. Careful when making a purchase. Certain purchases will have you stuck in a year long contract that you can cancel but payment of $50+ will still be deducted monthly for a year.

    Can’t cancel membership. Be aware that there is certain purchases that get you in a year contract. You are not only buying an event or paying for a month of membership you will get yourself into a contract that you can “cancel” but it won’t truly cancel until 1 year contract is over and will continue to charge you monthly.

    Subscription required. I was trying to watch a main fight and have to get a subscription in order to buy the fight. On top of that. I am required to be on a subscription for a year. We are in 2026, Contracts are obsolete.

    Very shady subscription practices. I already paid 4 months for ONE fight! I just keep forgetting to cancel. When I try to cancel, they say don’t worry it’s already cancelled, but you’re gonna have to keep paying monthly until May 2027! That is absurd!

    Why, FIFA???. So apparently FIFA+ now has merged with DAZN. In that marriage, we lost all ability to watch games/highlights from past FIFA events and games. What a shame.

    Forced subscription. I am not sure if this is legal. How are you able to make someone stay in a 12-month contract that they don’t want? Highway robbery. If I could give zero stars, I would! Never again.
