No sign in with TV provider. A week ago sign with my tv provider stopped working. Notified Verizon so far no fix. Works on the Fios mobile app. So much for smart TV’s and IPhones. It says can’t find the page.

Connecting errors. The app does not let me completely watch a show. As soon as the 7 ads come on the app disconnects from my tv and the shows resumes from the beginning. I’ve been trying to watch one show for like two hours now.

Super frustrating app. Every time I try to watch and cast it on my TV, it constantly stops and I have to keep restarting. Today it made me start from the beginning of my program after watching about an hour. The app does NOT allow me to fast forward through it. It’s not worth the frustration.

Very disappointed. I was watching a show that the had on there since the early 2000’s then all of the sudden I realized I was on the wrong episode, and it was because the took off the season I was on. Now they expect me to pay/ watch it on two other streaming platforms. I didn’t even get a warning 😂

Review. I love the shows that TLC has but it’s very difficult to watch my favorite shows when the app constantly crashes or restarts without warning. At first I thought my internet was spotty but I’ve had the same issue in every home or device I use the app in. You’ve had how many years to improve streaming but it seems to get worse as time goes on. Very frustrating!

Waste of time. Youre gonna be watching more adds then the show. Not to mention the adds repeate. So youre watching the same 3 adds over and over again. If you try to skip to where you left off more adds are gonna play. Super annoying

Terrible app. Ad’s cause a glitch.. App worked ok a few weeks ago apparently they love to make useless updates to improve shoving ads down our throats. Well now the ads cause no sound on certain ads and the app freezes after a million ads then shows a circle in the middle of screen and wont play the stream for the actual show. This happens on apple phone and apple tv app. Thanks TLC for putting your ads first and customers/app second. So now we all have to get out of the stream after each ad and log back in and hope we don’t miss half the show. Tell the programmers of the app to actually do something right for once.

It’d be awesome… if it worked. The app does not work. Don’t blame me, my network, my phone, or anything else other than your worthless platform. Nothing loads and it just sits on the load screen until it finally shows an error, or I exit the app.

Developer Needs to Fix. Shows on app are not working because of broken ads. And yes, I have already deleted & cleared all cache on app, powered off & on, then tried deleting and redownload app. Signed in, signed out. Nothing works as other reviews have already mentioned so many times.

Unwatchable App Stuck on Ads. Cannot watch any shows past first commercial “ad break”. The screen freezes & shows time running down for ads but even after waiting the entire ad time, a spinning wheel on a black screen appears that does nothing! Completely useless app!

Shows keep pausing. I’ve been using this app for a long time. Lately when I’m trying to watch the new episodes of 90 day fiancé, the show sometimes starts 15min in the show or the show just pauses itself and I can’t get it to play. Please fix this

App is so glitchy. The mobile app is so bad and glitchy causing me to not even be able to watch a show.

Glitchiest App Ever Do Not Download. Every time I use this app, it’s like two minutes of loading time in between each action. The UX on this app is horrible in the sense that you will click a button to take you somewhere and you have to wait like five minutes before it actually loads. The ads in the actual media player are beyond broken. They will loop after they have already been completed or the ads will freeze and then you can’t click it because it’s an ad and you have to exit out and then rewatch the ads again. At this point I am convinced the developers are doing it intentionally, and enough is enough.

Ads will not play. The ad countdown starts but it’s stuck on the show, even after waiting the whole 2 min 30 seconds it just restarts again. This is ridiculous
