   Not good. This app needs SO much work. The idea is great, but the UX/UI is really rough. It’s impossible to know how/where to start, and I found myself totally fumbling to make anything work. I’m a data scientist by trade so it’s not like I am technically incapable, the app is not user friendly at all.

   Didn’t want to subscribe, no refunds given. This app seems more overpriced than it should be. Tried to get a refund after noticing I was charged after a trial, and denied twice. Ridiculous. It just makes people more inclined to not download.

   SCAM. Being charged $49.99 for a yearly subscription and getting denied a refund is honestly frustrating. The refund process and customer support experience were disappointing, especially for a purchase that wasn’t even used. Very upsetting experience.

   Waste of time. The AI generation is way too limited. It should ask more by personality. I was trying to plans trip to Thailand. The majority was a ton an elephant sanctuaries. Like if I go to one I don’t need to go to 8 others. When I went to edit the trip. I would be on day 4 or 5 but it kept automatically marking places on day 1 to be deleted so the I had to remember to go back and uncheck it each time. Making this more of a hassle then ease of planning.

   Scam. Downloaded the app. Never signed up for anything nor used it and somehow they billed my Apple account for 1 year.

   Horrible Experience. I downloaded the app as a trial and was charged for a full year. Apple refused to refund my money and I was stuck paying $52 for a useless app that provided no value. Worst app ever. You basically do all the work and it doesn’t provide any unique information

   Non-functional/unrealistic. My first go at this was creating an 8 day itinerary for a beach town I will be staying at using their free trial. This area is fairly prominent series of beach towns and in between two medium sized well known cities. When creating this itinerary, I requested it create an itinerary for me. It was taking me 2 states away. Almost 8 hours and 220 miles away from the area I was staying in. And it was suggesting I attend events/site see in a different state for 7 out of the 8 days there. If this app’s niche is that you can upload photo/videos from social media to help create an itinerary, then it seems they’re trying to solve a problem that doesn’t exist. I can do my own research on places in the area, I wanted something that would do that for me like this app proclaims to do.

    Roamy App is a scam. The Roamy app is a scam that tricks travelers with false promises. It advertises an easy free trial and useful trip planning from your saved photos and social media spots. In reality users get hit with large unexpected yearly charges often around sixty to ninety dollars without clear warning or proper consent. The itineraries it creates are generic bland and mostly useless failing to deliver any real value. Customer support is almost nonexistent with emails and refund requests going completely unanswered for weeks. The company hides behind vague terms and pushes all responsibility onto Apple while providing poor service and no real help. I received nothing of value from this misleading app and was charged without proper notice. I therefore demand an immediate full refund for this deceptive product. This kind of bait and switch billing should not be allowed.

    Scam free trial. I ordered the app to see if it’d be worthwhile to plan for a trip so I started the seven day free trial. I ordered it on this 21st and canceled on the 27th and it was set to renew on the 28th period on the 27th. I got charged. The email when I signed up, said it had to be canceled the day before it renewed. I canceled and have the emails to prove it and nothing has done about it. Would not trust this app with a free trial

    Charged without knowing. I downloaded this app because it looked interesting, I haven’t opened the app and that night I downloaded loaded over night I was charged $82.54. I had no idea this app can charge me this. I have no way to contact anyone from this app, I wasn’t aware if was would have never even thought to download this app. It’s ridiculous to be charged such a high amount and haven’t even opened the application.

I canceled it because I thought this is basic information and I could find better just using TikTok. But they keep trying to charge my bank $55.24 I’m glad I have protection against this kind of harassment, I canceled your service STOP TRYING TO TAKE MY MONEY‼️

    Not worth it! Doesn’t combine video. Too expensive. They can’t combine videos, so if you want to add multiple spots into an itinerary. You can’t. It’s only free trial then $50. I didn’t remember it was a subscription and they charged me. Asked for a refund and didn’t get one. Super limited. Expensive for no reason and not helpful at all

    Cool idea but needs serious work. So I got the app to plan my roadtrip with my girlfriend…needless to say, not going to use the app for that anymore. Put in all of the places we want to stop, clicked on create for me, and it had us stopping and starting in multiple places. I don’t see how it’s difficult to understand we want to fly into Dallas and start from there. Instead it had the starting point as Dallas, and then immediately jumping to another city 8 hours away and so on. Very disappointing and this needs to be fixed because it would make the app so much more usable.

    I see how it can work, but…. I am planing a trip to one of the small islands of the Azores (which is a beautiful but not common tourist destination) and the app will not show me any hotels/trips on the island I am planning on going on and brings me to mainland Portugal. I did try changing the hotels into different areas around the place I will actually be staying but that still did not work. However, I did like how it was set up for everything and I would recommend this if you are planning a trip to visit a bigger area.

    Not great. Seemed like a great idea and huge help but it not at all user friendly. Your editi mg then your not. Buttons won’t click so frustrating! There is not a way to list all you want to do while there and then have the app sort it out for you. It has No sense of timing or reality. No help really planning anything just another way to compile the list! No matter how many times I tried to edit and re plan it kept putting us at DISNEY plus 8 other spots that day! How?!?
