   I didn't even get to use the app. As soon a I got in the app I tried to scan a Japanese phrase an it said I had no refills when I tried again it didn't work and I was not going to wait 24 hours to do what I should have been able to from the beginning.

   Ridiculous app. Fails consistently. I’m not sure what the use of an app that fails every time is. The “trial” version is 3 photos before you have to pay an exorbitant subscription, each of those three times just gave me an error despite the next being clear and backlit (on a screen) and despite failing each time still ate up the 3 uses. I’m guessing they have bots leaving these positive reviews.

    Location sharing shouldn’t be required. I would have loved to try the app out, but I deleted it after seeing that I was required to share my location. Hard pass. Forcing users to share their location when your app does not offer any sort of service where that is necessary is not cool. It’s obvious it’s for data collection. If your app can translate the language, it should be able to detect which language without needing to know where the user is physically located.

    Definitely do not recommend. I Download of this app and I put a Korean text there and it said recognition not found I tried maybe 10 more times and it’s counted as a translation. You can only use the translation three times and then you have to buy premium for like I don’t know eight dollars I am not buying that remind me to never download this again

    Don’t bother Primitive app. 3 free translates then you gotta pay. Garbage there is other free apps. also you have to line up the lines very bad.

    Awful. Absolutely terrible, can’t even recognize basic characters or even español to english. Plus I thought I might get one practice scan to see how the app works, but no, it IMMEDIATELY prompts you to sign up for their $39.00 a year subscription.

    Total garbage. Didn’t even let me try it before requiring a 3 day trial then only offered me 3 translations before requiring premium. The worst is all 3 attempts didn’t work and I was met with “The translation was not done please try again” with no useful information yet my attempt counter still decremented. I’ll go somewhere else, thanks.

    Doesn’t work?. I tried three times to translate two lines of text and it didn’t work, now I need to wait for it to “regenerate” before I can try again. The app straight up does not work on documents.

    Not very useful. I think you need to pay after 3 uses. And even then, a photo will be in spanish and it says no spanish detected. It’d also be easier to read if the translation overlapped the photo.

    I want my Money back. Canceled App within the 3 free trial and got charged for a whole year of subscription I will not be using anymore, how do I get my Money back! I needed something to translate official documents, might be great if you use it for little things like a letter or newspaper, but I can’t send it like this to my Lawyer!
