   The app isnt working. For 6 days now my scan gets to the point of translation and then a pop up says “the server is busy or my internet is down. Try again later”. I sent emails to the support at aisberg but the emails are returned because they evidently aren’t in business. They charged me for my annual subscription in November but said nothing about closing down. DO NOT PAY FOR THE SUBSCRIPTION. THEY ARE NOT IN BUSINESS ANYMORE EXCEPT THE BUSINESS OF TAKING YOUR MONEY

   Failed to perform. Every attempt to translate a pop up message states the server is busy or not connected to the internet. Big letdown

   Poor Performance. I have paid for a year subscription to use this app and service, and for the past week, I have been getting the following message: “Service is busy or the internet connection is down.” “Please try again later.” I try again later, and the same thing happens?! None of my scanned information has been translated after trying multiple times. This is very disappointing.

   Short Trial Doesn’t Even Work…. I figured I would try this for three days to see if it does what I need to do which is scan a document and convert the text to Spanish. It keeps telling me the system is down and try again later. Why buy something that I can’t even try out?

    Hidden charge for nothing. The charge to edit is 2 dollars and the logo for the feature is a pencil over a document but once I purchased I cannot use the Apple Pencil to edit this. This was meant to help my students out but it does not work-

    Doesn’t identify the language for you. I needed this to recognize and tell me what language I was looking at and it doesn’t.

    Canceling before it renews. I downloaded this app for a three day trial and when I decide not to buy the app. There was no link to cancel. I did not pick a plan so I hope that it cancels.

    Not good. I got it yo help my daughter for homework.. spanish to English.. words didn’t make sense.. the translation was horrible.. I speak both languages and when i saw the results.. I deleted right away!

    I do NOT like this app at ALL. I bought some candy and it was in Japanese so I got this app so I can translate it to English but when I got it and I translated it it told me pure gibberish I tried it again and again and it just kept telling me gibberish it made absolutely no sense I am definitely deleting this app right now

    Too hard to cancel the 3 day free trial!. Went to iTune account to cancel the 4 day free trial….and wouldn’t you know it….section for cancelling the free trial is no where to be found!👀.

    Steals from you. Makes it very hard to unscubscribe and there are buttons that prompt for automatic renewal without asking uou twice. It charged me two years when i really just wanted the free trial.

    Subscription scam. There is no way to quit the subscription on their app. It will just continue renewing until you contact support.
