   Грабеж!. В чем главная проблема приложения? Многие пользователи чувствуют себя обманутыми из-за двойной монетизации: 1. Платная подписка: Чтобы просто пользоваться приложением, нужно оформить подписку (около $15 в месяц или $60 в год). 2. Платные минуты (кредиты): Самое неприятное — подписка не дает безлимита. За каждую минуту перевода звонка, за каждый сгенерированный текст или расшифровку списываются внутренние «кредиты», которые приходится докупать отдельно пакетами (от $6 до $70). По сути, вы платите дважды: сначала за вход, потом за каждое действие.

   It didn't work.. I made a call because I speak Spanish, and I configured everything in the app, but it didn't translate anything. I tried speaking with the representative, but she didn't understand me either, and it sounded as if a robot were speaking.

    No la recomiendo. Elegí el servicio anual y supuestamente tenía 3 días gratis y al día siguiente me cobraron el plan completo e comenzado a usar la app y verdaderamente no funciona como te muestran en las publicidades. No hace realmente la traducción, es lenta y en ocasiones no te traduce el audio solo te lo escribe en la pantalla y es lógico que te perderías en la conversación porque la persona si habla rápido la traducción siguen moviendo en la pantalla y no te da tiempo ni de leerla y quedarás como un tonto en la llamada con quien estés hablando si la usas para negocio ni se te ocurra usarla pasarás vergüenza. Mi consejo mejor estudia inglés y aprende poco a poco está app aún NO ESTÁ LOSTA PARA USARCE.

    Te ofrecen un año de servicio pero realmente lo que tienes es un robo. Piensas que todo el año el dispositivo estará funcionándote lo que no te dicen es que es una tarifa prepagada te cobran cada vez que lo usas y al final te piden que sigas recargando es una completa estafa ladrones y les haces reclamo y no te responden pierdes tu dinero no compren ni adquieran este dispositivo

    Waste of time. Charges credits per minute for calls that only includes a very limited amount with subscriptions and wants you to pay them for long distance calls instead of working on WhatsApp like it says, total lie and scam!

    Estafa de 3 días gratis. Si quieren probar la app vas a tener que pagar. Y si no te gusta no te regresarán el dinero. Por lo que si vas a pagar te recomiendo que pagues el plan de la semana y no te pase cómo a mí que pague 60$ por el plan anual no me gustó la app cancele y intente pedir el regreso del dinero y no te dan el dinero de regreso

    Communication. Poor quality, poor cancellation, poor customer service. Fantastic calls, but hard to navigate the app when there is active “free” subscription. I want to pay for the year but is forcing the free subscription to finish first. I don’t want to buy credits when I plan on paying for a year. I need someone to contact me for help. ASAP.

    App Will Not Download. I attempted to signup for the application but it will not download. I have attempted through the Apple AppStore as well as the AI Phone website which keeps coming up as an insecure connection and safari will not connect. I’m not here to give a rating but to point out a possible issue. I cannot send the comment without choosing a star rating.

    Takes Your Money. To subscribe to this app you must pay but once you try to cancel there is no way to cancel, an email address is provided which doesn’t cancel subscriptions. I sent an email message saying I want to cancel and this is my third payment that has been withdrawn from my account.
