   Fraudulent debit card charges. I don’t like writing reviews ever but I had to for this app. I downloaded this app because I thought I would need it to communicate with someone but I didn’t end up using it. I have been charged twice for this app and I haven’t even gotten a chance to use it. They seem to be scamming people and I do not recommend at all.

   Need my money back. Hi I downloaded this app for the reason to get a live transcription but it needs to record first. Please refund me my payment and I don’t want to use this app. Also please don’t charge my credit card..

   Not just garbage, but dangerous. For Hindi to English, this app is not just garbage but borderline dangerous. My husband (native Hindi speaker) was discussing train routes from Lucknow and the translation read “one terrorist would escape, from Islam” when translated to English. This app is ABYSMAL for Hindi and could be dangerous in naive hands. I don’t know why this AI is islamophobic. DO NOT USE it is. WASTE OF MONEY.

   Experience. The app had trouble picking up conversations. It gets stuck and freezes when I attempted to contact support and there is no easy option to cancel subscription!

    Stopped Working. It worked fine for a week and now it just doesn’t translate and sits on “…” What was the point of paying for a full year if it only worked for a week?!!

    Worst app of all time. Advertised it covered language, then after taking a years worth of non-refundable money, afterwards told me it doesn’t do the language. Don’t buy. If I get a refund, I’ll review again, but what a sneaky waste.

    The latest version is 💀👎. I really liked the previous versions, they were very convenient, simple, and perfect. However, every time I upgrade the version, I get frustrated. Now, in the latest version, I find that it has become a completely unusable app. If you return it to its original state, I would really support it. AI is not important in any way.👎

    CCP operated. This application was translating correctly and all of the sudden it changed all of the words to something else. Horrible I’m deleting and canceling the subscription!
