   Don’t download this app. Told me to upgrade to premium for more storage but then when I did it wouldn’t let me download my video that wasn’t even that long I tried to shorten it and it still wouldn’t work, do not waste your money on this app.

   Waste of time. Told me video wasn’t in the language it was in, did nothing. And was unable to try again since it still used up unavailable time. Wasted enough time on this app, not going to waste money for it to fail again

   did not work. I had a two minute YouTube video about how to use a certain type of wristwatch, the language was Italian and I needed subtitles in English. I did it by copying the YouTube link, I also had it downloaded into my photo library. Getting it into this app was easy, but after going through all the steps they were no subtitles at all, let alone a translation. The ‘simple subtitle’ piece of it also produced nothing. Useless. Deleted.

    Don’t Purchase Minus 5 Stars. It is a total scam. You subscribe to this app and lucky if it works and if you submit a refund it will be denied. Lest say sometimes it works and you pay subscription for 60 minutes of video to add subtitles. Guests what when you get back to use the app it will tell you, you have 15 minuets left of video when you only used 10 minutes. After stealing your money and cutting off your minutes you have subscribe again and when you pay. The application still tells you no likes left taking you subscription money. Do not buy this application.

    It’s s scam. Don’t believe in those good reviews, it’s all a scam, you make a subscription and buy minutes to use the app and it doesn’t show anything. And when you hit the “app support” to ask for help it directs you to a page when a message appears that you phone got a virus. Luckily Apple support gave my full refund.

    Unbelievable. Picked up the app for $5.99. It said I didn’t have enough minutes for subtitles. So I purchase 120 minutes, and they never showed on my account. The money was taken from my bank account. This is basic fraud. Buyer beware they might just take your money too.

    Hard To Cancel. I have canceled my subscription and they are still trying to charge my cash app account after canceling. If you purchase this app, do not use your bank card. They will continue to charge you each week up until the canceled date. I’ve canceled the service, but yet they’re still trying to charge me each week. Do not sign up for this service.

    Doesn’t work even after two purchases. Purchase subscription. Was supposed to get 60 minutes for the month. Used less than 3 and it states that I have more minutes. Whatever. Purchased and additional 60 minutes for $3.99 and it still doesn’t work. Cant find a way to contact customer service. Don’t use.

    Did not translate properly!. On a foreign language music video, the translation was completely off! The subtitling in the original language was somewhat accurate but given that, I don’t understand how the translation was so wrong. I needed the app for the translation, so I could not use this app. Apple request for refund has been submitted.

    Keeps crashing. I was so hopeful but this is not a good app :( The subtitles are not accurate, hard to edit, and the app keeps crashing!

    I want a refund. I signed up for a month description because I need a 12 minute video translated, but less than 10% of the conversation showed up on the screen as closed captions. Things are incomplete or wrong. I’m super annoyed.

    They steal your money. This app will steal your money. I was able to edit a few videos, but after renewing and paying the second time it says that I car 0 minutes remaining, and I just pay. It doesn’t give you any other option do to anything in the app. They just stole my money.
