   Wtf. They need to update it immediately because as of lately, you can’t hear your video during editing. Was fine at first, pretty easy to use, but they have a terrible bug. Like it generates and after it does, you can’t hear the video anymore.

   This all used to be good. This app was great but now all of these new “upgrades” made it IMPOSSIBLE to use. Trying to drag captions around to get them to exactly match what’s being said is genuinely impossible. The addition of the + and - signs to zoom into captions made this literally impossible to navigate.

I subscribed yesterday for the yearly membership of $29. 95 and I have a couple of questions and I can not having anyone contact me , I tried to send a message through the app and it is not working . I tried to email you and no one is responding . Please cancel my membership and let me know the cancelation number . Why don’t you guys answer your messages?

   Unable to correct inaccurate text. Tested a vid. Tried to add a missing sentence and can’t. I tried several times. When I try the screen gets jumpy. Using a new, major brand phone. Disappointing.

   👉🏼❌ zero stars. After iOS software update and three app updates later it still let you edit the actually captions 😵‍💫 I recommend CapCut it’s actually free … no silly watermarks

    Don’t waste your money. Horrible app. No instructions on how to use. Not intuitive. No background abound text option. Bout it 3 days ago and regret it. Contacted support and developer is suggestion a work around to getting g all my text in the box- doesn’t work. Hard to edit with fingers! This was money wasted. I’m getting CapCut.

    TRASH APP DO NOT GET. I have the premium version and i REGRET BUYING IT. The interface is trash, its so buggy and weird. Doesn’t even translate all of your video, it leaves half of it out. Trash app do not use. I am not using this again

    No audio during playback. So there's no audio during playback so you can't hear the words to edit the captions properly. It's a trash app. Poorly designed. Don't get it.

    Stops working at 6min Subscriber Review. This app was amazing but lately it stops working at 5min and the app closes without warning. Not sure why but this started after recent update. I would give it a 5 star but now giving it a 1 star.

    This was a great app then it updated. This was a wonderful app that I have used for months. I wanted to purchase the subscription but now the app completely closes during a transcription, it doesn’t transcribe the requested video and even doesn’t offer me the chance to purchase it now. This app went from helpful to unhelpful, so don’t waste your time or money.

    KEEPS QUITING.. I’m so annoyed with this app. I almost captioned my entire video and then the app just randomly quit and on me and didn’t save any of my work. So so frustrating.

    It doesn’t play audio!!!. No audio!!!! No way to check for errors. If I changed the time length of a line, the words would disappear unless each one was highlighted. Terrible speech recognition!!!

    Wanted to like it but.... I was so excited to find this app! Love the caption options and using it was pretty simple. Even the price is fair. BUT... no matter how many times I’ve tried, the captions don’t match up with my mouth. It’s like the app is distorting the video somehow. 😏

    Irritating!. I’m kicking myself for buying a year subscription up front. I’ve only been able to get this app to work once! I can’t get past being able to choose a video. The app simply doesn’t let me activate ANY button ‘choose’, ‘cancel’… nothing works. Frustrating and a complete waste of money. I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max, so it’s not exactly old.
