   What?. This is one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. I don’t know if something is wrong with the app for my phone specifically or what. It took 45 minutes for a 10 second video to compress, the huge watermark covers the entire video, and the cropping itself wouldn’t even function

   NOT A 3 Day trial! Fraudulent. This system tells you get a 3 Day trial, on an annual purchase. Yet they charge you right away.

   Bad Quality Videos. I just wanted to add a white boarder to some video for an IG reel. It uploaded and exported my videos in horribly low quality. Canceled my free trial.

   Horrible. This app is horrible. It asks you to pay every time you need to do something and won’t let you do anything other than use some filters.

    Horrible customer service. I tried a free trial and was unable to cancel my subscription as promised and was charged $40 even after I emailed about cancelling my account. I haven’t been refunded and am not sure if I can get refunded.

    Won’t allow me to cancel. This app won’t allow me to cancel the subscription, it wasn’t what I was expecting at all. It acts like it’s going to load the restore purchase button, but it does not. So i hope I’m not stuck paying 39.99 for a service I will not use.

    I don’t get it.. I had a 5 star rating posted and a very good anecdote about the app’s successes. Does the app no longer post videos to IGTV? This time it merely went to the cam roll. With a watermark. A not attractive one.

    Want my money back. Hi there, I signed up for the trial and reached out well over 24 hours in advance to cancel. No one emailed back and my card was charged. How do you not have any customer service if this is how you cancel? I’m going to dispute this charge with my credit card company if you do not reach out to me! I would be interested to use this app in the future just not ready to purchase the full pro plan right now. Please help I would be willing to take down this review but I don’t know how else to get ahold of someone.

    Stupid. This leaves a stupid logo/watermark on the bottom. Nobody wants that on their videos. Stop stupid.

    I can’t cancel my free trial. After I pressed the yearly option that comes with a 3 day trial that you can “opt out of at any time” there is no option in the settings to do so. So I guess I’m locked In to paying $40 and my video never even exported

    Not worth Pro. Whatever you do, don’t waste your nine dollars on upgrading us. The features are awful and the only thing this app is dead floor is resizing so you can upload to Instagram TV. What a waste of money.

    Worst app ever. I’ve tried to save my video multiple times and it refused to convert. The app kept shutting down and restarting/ I also wasted $9 to resize and remove a watermark... no DO NOT purchase !!
