   App. Very difficult to find totals that you are invested in. No chat line for help. Need to figure things out. No instructions on where to find things. Impossible to ask questions about a suspected error

   Hard to figure out. This app/system is hard to figure out. Not intuitive at all. Way too much extraneous information that has nothing to do with trading. You can fumble around and finally get your transactions complete but it’s complicated. A little sketchy. It’s either very poorly designed, or made intentionally difficult on purpose. I can not recommend it if you’re not already pretty savvy with trading. Also no customer service. Look for another way to trade.

   Corruption. Robin makes it very easy and convenient to upload your money. But as soon as you make too much money they lock you out of the ability to trade/sell

   Security hazard!!!!!. CONSTANT security issues. I was getting emails all the time about Russian IP addresses changing my phone number or logging into my account. THEN. It took forever to figure out how to sell everything to close the account. Infuriating. Not user friendly. Do not recommend. Just, no.

   Don’t trade here. Years ago I downloaded this app to start trading. Since then I can’t log on to my account, when I try contacting support it doesn’t help cuz it redirects me to login and when I contacted support a person, Ramanpreet, contacted me and was no help. Do urself a favor and abstain from here completely. I regret ever choosing robinhood. Moreover I have tried getting away from their recurring emails. I can’t unsubscribe and the app it directs me to won’t log me in to my account. I tried getting my money back from other trading apps but NOTHING. Seems robinhood stole my money.

   ZERO stars if I could. This app/broker is dirty you can do your own research and find out why. I’ve been screwed twice. I won’t even explain everything but they held my money for almost a year I couldn’t even make any trades and anytime I added money it wouldn’t allow me to trade that money or pull it out. Too much problems go to a different place. That was just my first bad experience the 2nd one is ridiculous

    Account transfer issues. When I tried to transfer over my accounts it was a huge pain. Cost $200 and they screwed me over with the amount of shares that it said I owned vs what I actually own.

    If they are offering an IPO, you are guaranteed to lose money. Good luck, not losing half your money on their IPOs. If the IPO makes money, they will only give you one share. If it’s gonna take, you will get as many as you ask for

    Time to deactivate account ... I have been a RH account holder since the beginning but will be deactivating my account ASAP. My account has never had an issue and was just restricted and I have no idea why. You get no answer, just “we will let you know when we lift the restriction” maybe in 5 or 6 days ? So my funds are held hostage and I get no answer why. This more of a warning to others than anything else.

    Absolutely horrible.. Robinhood is by far the worst brokerage I’ve used. Every time I use this app, there’s another restriction, another delay, or another reason I can’t access my own money. Options get closed early, buying power is a mess, and now I buy Bitcoin with settled cash only to be told I have $0 available to send. I own it, but I can’t move it. That’s ridiculous. The app looks good until you actually try to use it. Then it’s nothing but unnecessary holds, vague messages, and frustration. If you’re serious about stocks or crypto, save yourself the headache and use a platform that doesn’t make you fight to use your own assets. Robinhood has been nothing but a disappointment. Actually insane the amount of frustration this app has caused. It gives you 0 detail on when it’s available when anything is happening not to mention customer service. Pathetic. You’d think for a multimillion dollar company it’d be better. Ridiculous.

    Not worth it.. The only reason I lose money is because of the app. Now, well-designed, I was told that they are about 15 minutes behind, and they don’t have the actual value for the stocks. So, if you sell overnight, that might be a big issue for you because you might lose a lot of money like I have due to this app.

    worst credit card. tomorrow it will be almost 45 days since i reported my card lost and requested a replacement but i still haven’t received my card. i’ve been doing banking and business with credit cards for almost 20 years, my experience with this company of robinhood have been the WORST & this whole procedure is a lot more complicated than my first time purchasing a house. very bad customer service, delayed services, unnecessary questions and putting blocks into my card. i’m very disappointed and frustrated, this is going to be my review at the end at all the robinhood platforms so everyone think 100 times before opting in for this sort of bogus stuff that i’m experiencing. on top of everything they charge $55 for replacement card and $20 for the delivery. how even this bogus company is in business ?? 0 stars from everything.

    STAY AWAY FROM them.. I have been on the Robinhood Gold Card waitlist for two years. Two. Whole. Years. After finally receiving an invite, I was halfway through the application process when the app decided to glitch out and crash. When I re-opened it, I was kicked to the back of the line. When I contacted support, the only response I got was a robotic, "You’re still on the waitlist." They don’t care that their own broken tech caused the issue, and they clearly have zero ability or desire to fix it. This isn't just a technical error; it’s a complete lack of respect for the user's time. Robinhood has built a "premium" product, but the application experience is absolutely pathetic. It is a disgusting bait-and-switch. You wait for years, they dangle the carrot, and then their buggy app spits in your face and resets your progress with no recourse. Save yourself the headache and the humiliation—this company clearly doesn't value its customers.

    Worthless Support. I forgot my password, the email to reset it never comes, when I enter my DOB & SSN the text verification never comes, and the phone number is just a recorded message which tells you to reach out to support, but you need to log in to submit a support ticket. I literally can’t log in.

    Horrible security. Let’s your data get hacked then hides behind regulatory laws when you want you account deleted when they are the weak link. Joke. Customer service hung up twice and the chat did too so there you go if you want to lose your money this is the app for you!

    Beware of hidden fees -. Update - The refund was received 3 days after canceling the “upgrade”. I will no longer be using Robinhood due to the fact that this is an ongoing problem, according to others online, and should not be a recurring issue for inexperienced users. Because I wasn’t ready to do the “upgrade” due to financial reasons, I am now told I will never be able to have that option. I would have raised my star rating, but considering that this should’ve never happened, I’m leaving it as one star. I’m not saying the service is not worth having or that it’s not a reliable way to trade. For me, it’s the principle of the thing and something I can’t overlook. ——————- Original review ——— A warning to others: If you decide to open a checking or savings account with Robinhood, they will automatically deduct $50 from your funds for an 'upgrade' to an annual fee (Robinhood Gold). I've since learned this is a widely reported trap that catches many users off guard because it is not made clear during the sign-up process. I closed the accounts immediately. Support told me to expect a refund in 3 days, and I’ll update this review if and when my money is actually returned. This shady practice instantly broke my trust, and I will no longer use their platform.
