   No options risk/profit charts. Gives your banking history to 3rd parties via Plaid.. Also freezes every time I try to link a bank account. The app hides the UI when I go out of the app to get a verification code, and the app is stuck on hidden UI mode when coming back. Super lame. Obviously they don't want money! TradeStation has no alternative for deposits other than via Plaid, which will release YOUR ENTIRE BANKING HISTORY (each and every transaction, everything you have ever done in your bank) to third parties. The only way to use the app is via this HUGE privacy violation, or via an expensive wire transfer. They do not accept any other deposit options. This is totally unacceptable and I will not be able to try the app because of it. Moomoo UI is much better. TradeStation doesn't show an interactive risk/reward/profit chart like Moomoo. On Moomoo we can see the live chart as a trade progresses (not just when placing an order), making it much easier to visually see where the trade is on its journey. Moomoo can't roll individual wings of an iron butterfly though, while TradeStation can. TradeStation doesn't show me 0DTE or 1DTE options! No good!!!

   Sucks. Literally will freeze, in the middle of a trade. Today there was a bearish gap on the Spy, I couldn’t even buy a put contract, because the options chart was not visible. If I could post pictures I would. This is not a platform for serious traders.

   Do not download. This might be the worst app I’ve ever used. It won’t log in because safari says that the website address is invalid. Once I finally get logged in, any swipe down logs me out again. This app is TERRIBLE for iOS and helped me make up my mind not to transfer any other accounts to TradeStation.

   Sim designation. Can’t tell the difference in sim and live accounts. There’s only indicators on one page. Should be on every page.

   Funds Won’t Withdraw. 2 months later and they still can’t figure out why I can’t withdraw my money.

   Random changes to make you lose money. They switched the colors of the bid and ask columns randomly. If not caught, I could have been in a trade that lost money. Too many random glitches and log outs. This one here is unacceptable. You can’t randomly change the buy and sell columns and think that’s ok. Fix or we’ll have to take our money and students elsewhere.

   Fake account. Went to sign up and link all my info to and I got locked out once my bank account was linked then my bank account got drained and closed me out now I can’t get into this account or my bank account.

   MFA Not working - security issue. I have to keep entering MFA code over and over again. Not remembering login and each time asking to login and MFA code

   No explanation. I created an account with TradeStation, my bank account shows $500 deposit was settled with them thru ACH. After giving them a call to make sure everything is good to go, they tell me that I can’t use them and do business with them for no reason. I didn’t even do anything except to wait for settlement as they told me. Everything they asked for I answered truthfully. Now they want me to to withdraw funds thru wire transfer and say I’m banned from using ACH. Very weird broker. I really wanted to use them, but maybe this for the better.

    Why did you get rid of the chart button for your option pricing!!!???!!. This was one of the best things many enjoyed from this app.!! I will seriously consider moving my account unless it is restored as an option on iPhones and iPads…

    Clunky. Have written many reviews with post of complaints which seem to be taken down. Ever since they changed the app, they compromised look and feel over performance . I have placed orders multiple times and they dont show up immediately in orders. I have to go to web or call the help deak. Nightmare

    Are you kidding me.. You logged me out in the middle of trading when trying to sell at a critical moment. In the time it took me to log back in, the moment was gone and now I’m down almost $8000. Unbelievable.

    Can’t trade option!. Can’t believe this. It’s 2025 and this Japanese -owned company’s app doesn’t even allow trading options!!! Is this a bad joke?? The Japanese company also does not have a desktop app for the Mac, unlike Schwab, Interactive Brokers, Moomoo, to name a few brokers that support the Mac fully.

    It’s always been a bad app. The more they try to improve it the less I like it. Chart is horrible, interface is worst. Desktop app, mobile app. I don’t like any of them. Sorry. I’m really thinking of changing broker.

    Scam! Can’t withdraw money. I just doubt how they got good reviews. I had a lot of issues with them that I think it’s a scam. The commission fee for micro futures is $5 instead of 0.5. I wrote email and called them, but no help at all and they don’t call back for any updates. So I wanted to withdraw my money and close my account, but the button is gray, they don’t allow you to withdraw your money! They keep sending email to ask me to fund my account! That’s totally a scam! I want my money back!

    Worst app for trading ever. The app, desktop and web version don't work properly, i had an open short position and closed it, but it did not close, when i hit close position again system buys a long position but doesn't close the short one so now i have one long and one short position, every time i tried to get out i just ended with more contracts. Called support they fix it but not before i lost a lot of money, they said that the matrix in the web app doesn't work properly that i should try the desktop version, a week later i had the exact same problem with the desktop but this time support took a little longer to answer so i got a margin call because i was unable to close my position.

    Literally the worst. This app is so awful it makes me want to cry. I could swear this app is designed to trick traders. I’ve been trading professionally for over 10 years, and I almost never make typos. 20% of my tickets are placed incorrectly because this software is so unfathomably terrible. Nobody who has ever placed a single trade in their entire life took part and designing this app. Literally worse than your worst nightmares

    New update really frustrating. New update a day ago, made it easier to place orders yes. But also took away the symbol that shows you if it’s in the money. Took away the calendar symbol to show you earnings are coming up. Added tabs for each stock which is okay, but if you only have options in a stock and no actual stock you can only view the chart directly from the trading area of the option, no option to view the actual stock chart directly without having to go and search the stock directly under search. And every time I go back to the trading positions screen it doesn’t keep my sorted request, it goes back to default and I have to re sort everything. Also they removed the percentage for where it shows the total negative or positive with options and stocks put together on the positions screen. Really frustrating because I was just getting used to the app. Stop making it complicated don’t fix something if it’s not broken!!!!

    Garbage. I have no idea why you would use TradeStation, charging inactivity fees is theft, purposely locking accounts out to close for inactivity and charge for this is flat out wrong

    Absolute scammers. Opened an account with Tradestation and everything was going great for a while. Suddenly one day at work I got an email saying I was hit with a $10 inactivity fee because I wasn't trading enough? I was given a total of 3 hours warning to remedy the issue. Granted I was working and couldn't do so... In order to pay the fee, tradestation liquidated 7 stocks of mine one day before the stock rallied to its all time high. The fee ended up costing me 14 X what it should have. Absolutely ridiculous and absurd. I'm closing my account and moving elsewhere, thanks for stealing my hard earned money!

    Avoid. Fees, minimum required trades, margin calls in positions bought completely with cash. Customer service was horrible. Kept saying it was a margin call then could couldn’t explain since the position wasn’t purchased on margin. Horrible attitude then told me to look at my own account. So either it’s a fee for not making trades or a minimum account balance fee but still calling it a margin call. Just go to Schwab, and avoid TradeStation.

    Lags and doesn’t update orders adjustments. Can be a Nightmare for intraday traders as this happens often. Interesting the timing of its inefficiency too…

    Not For Ipad. I have tried using this app off and on for over a year on my iPad. It just won’t work. It immediately freezes, so I have given up. I can’t understand why they haven’t addressed this yet. Absolutely unacceptable.

    Can’t login. I’ve had issues with this app ever since the revamp years ago. I today can’t login to it on my phone because the signin web view prompt doesn’t open. All banking apps have a reliable way of authentication and I wish this app did a better job at this rather than opening up a web view to log in. Pathetic. Now I can’t trade on my phone until they fix this change. I may even drop trade station all together because I can’t even find the P/E ratio for a stock. I miss the old days when this app was reliable.

    Great app and charts but…. They have a problem with Plaid ACH deposits right now and have to manually link accounts , i called several Times and no one ever called back to fix the problem , I tried to make it work since they have a great application and easy trade platform, employees don’t follow through with solutions unfortunately this is the new world of customer service

    Data and charts are not dependable. For an hour this morning there was no chart no matter mobile network or WiFi. And I logged out and in a few times. Nothing worked. Totally frustrating.

    App not performing.. I’ve had this app for several months now and have recorded many problems with it. Very inconsistent such as getting premarket charts some days they work some days they wouldn’t. I would have to look at another platform to get Information on positions that I held with TradeStation.
