Alerts. So many errors on phone alerts ….. havnt learned your new system yet. Can’t find set alerts on main screen. I’m waiting to have full service think I’ll give you all two more weeks after following 60 years

New Update renders app useless. Stock ideas never loads unless I delete and reinstall the app. I’ve had to do this numerous times and the issue returns each time after a few uses. The “screens” tab has the same issue. There are so many other bugs also and this is just on the iPhone app version. And don’t get me going about the iPad version, wow that has completely been ruined. For $149.95 a month you would have to be a fool to accept these issues.

Customer service terrible. Had probably the worse customer service experience I’ve had anywhere. Purchased and was charged for the app through my phone and it didn’t work at all, reached out to them and after being on hold for awhile finally someone answered and said that I should have bought it from the site not the phone, and that’s why it didn’t work. I was like why would you bother selling it through the app then and they basically said it was my fault for not buying through the site. The product is good for screening stocks, which is important but everything else about it is terrible.

Disaster update. iPad is awful to use Market surge on. The have destroyed the app. It’s been two months. Constantly crashes and you need to reload watchlist with indices no longer working from lists.

New app has many legacy options lacking.. example, weekly, daily or monthly charts do not show RS Rating. Please bring it back on chart. Old way of going thorough table was very good with all applicable data points neatly organized in boxes with last 8 quarter earnings and sales underneath boxes above it was perfectly arranged data box in the older version. Please bring it back. Industries used to have RS rating on their charts in legacy version. Please bring it back. Industry used to have weekly volume % change on weekly chart underneath the weekly price and price change %. Now it is only weekly volume number without percentage weekly volume. Please bring it back. New app does not allow to swipe through stocks or industries if list has more than 100 tickers on it. Please bring back swipe feature to Left and right to go through charts. List sorting option now lacks sort by “flag” or “date added” feature. So we can’t sort the list by flag in the app. It is possible on desktop version. Please add sort by “flag” and “date added” options back on mobile app. “Date added” sort option is not on desktop version either. Please add it at both mobile and desktop version Please bring back above things from legacy version. those things make market surge unique and above all other charting services and software. It’s truly an edge to have those features. So please bring them back. We will truly appreciate it!

New charts are a nightmare. So they have forced a new charting system on us and it’s fraught with issues! I spent hours putting together my buy list to take advantage of the follow through day and my list was deleted. NO! What did you do? You broke it!. Just forced to do an update and now nothing works. My lists are gone, favorites are gone. Even sort order doesn’t work any more. Various system generated lists used to show up in the order of new additions to the list. Now that doesn’t work either. Please fix it!

New update ruined it. Are you actively trying to make this app worse? The new update is awful. First it didn’t work on mobile for a few days. That got fixed. Why would you remove RS and ESP numbers next to the stocks in the lists? That was a huge help in fast screening. Isn’t this why people pay a premium to get? Those metrics. Why did you remove the initial overview of the stock metrics when clicking on individual stocks? Replaced it with that snapshot menu without any numbers. Makes it slower to screen when you have to go through that menu. Before it was all there when you clicked on a stock and then you could decide to click on individual menu tabs to get more info. Why are you making the app worse? Absolutely awful update.

Awful Update!!. I loved the app until the update they performed on 2/20/2026. MarketSurge has removed the quarterly EPS and quarterly Sales information under the Fundamentals tab. The app is useless now!! OMG! Please restore the information on the Fundamentals tab. Plus all of my Journal entries were erased!!! I’ve had weeks to months of Journal entries on the stocks I was following. It all VANISHED!!! Are you crazy!!! This is a TERRIBLE UPDATE!!
