   Gross. The way they work is gross and bad promised returns Charged my month after I deleted app and signed out guess I forgot to unsubscribe. Won’t give me a refund even though I never used it and I canceled it shortly after it charged me for the year. Also you have to click cancel subscription eight times to get to the end - grossing

   Beware! Not easy to get out!. My first try of this software. It’s taking a long time to close out. Kind of scary. Be warned.

   Straight Fraud. I have withdrawn my money on multiple occasions and not a single dollar has made it into my account. I did a withdrawal and 10 days later I sent a email inquiring about the money. My account showed $0 but nothing was deposited in my bank. They said another 7-10 days. Today all the money is back in my trading account like I never requested to withdraw?! I just requested my 3rd attempt to withdraw and close out my account.

   Deceptive Introduction. This app makes you enter your phone number, enter your email to create an account, AND connect your bank account BEFORE informing you that it is $120/year to use. They should be upfront about the cost to use the app from the beginning.

   DO NOT DOWNLOAD!. I downloaded the app thinking I’d be comfortable with investing, and I deposited $120 and invested it automatically with Alinea. Well, I’ve changed my mind and decided to not do it anymore and have been trying to cancel my subscription because they give you a 7 day free trial to cancel. I canceled the subscription EARLY and ON TIME, and I still receive a message saying that I will be billed for the whole year. THIS APP IS A BIG JOKE! I want my money back!

   Wow what a joke. Put in $30 and on the first day it lost money on the portfolio. Total rip off and waste of $100 a year is what it costs .

   Locks account for no reason. Absolute horrible! Locked my account for no reason and won’t even let me withdraw my money! There is no proper support to fix the situation nor will it give me a reason why my account has been locked. I want my money back immediately or will be reporting this app.

    Lost $$$$. I originally invested $400 in the AI trading platform and it wasn’t losing a lot of money and it still has not lost a lot of money but it has lost between 40 and $60 and hasn’t really gained anything. I then invested $600 in private stock that I selected and I’ve also lost money in that so it’s just the stock market everything goes up and goes down and goes down and goes up. That’s just how it is if you have extra money and want to throw it in somewhere safely, I would suggest this app however I do think there cost of $120 a year is a lot considering I’ve not made any money.

    This app is a scam. I just downloaded the app and looked at fees and how it worked. Didn’t want to invest anything atm & forgot about it. App charges me annual membership fee without my approval! Because I downloaded the app. It’s another bias AI made app.

    GARBAGE RUN AWAY. This app is junk. You put money and all it does is disappear. They won’t let you pull it out. The automated investing was joke. All I did was watch my money disappear, it didn’t take long either. Even after I tried to withdraw the rest of my money. It told me to wait, then kept investing and lost the rest of it. Don’t download this and especially don’t any money in this app that you don’t want wasted

    Waste of money. I thought it would be simple. Was not. They also just stall and stall to give me my money back. Don’t even do the free trial. Waste of time and money. Can make better money elsewhere

    Dark Pattern/Bait and Switch App. Might be nice to mention the $120/year fee clearly before signing up. After you fill out a bunch of your personal information AND connect your bank account, they try to charge a fee for access to the app.

    Alinea. Was hoping for a positive experience. It has not been. I have lost Money every week so far. Maybe because of the world turmoil. But AI is supposed to be smart enough to and it hasn’t probably going to cancel soon

    Scam. What a horrible app. As soon as I cancelled the $120/yr membership. My balance dropped 50%. Unheard of market drop, and unrealistic in any portfolio. Stay away.

    Horrific test. This app doesn’t allow you to test before charging you! Thank gosh I set a reminder to cancel this horrible product. Can’t validate deposits before test expires. After cancelling just lost money regularly! I am SO glad I did not pay the $120 fee for this way to lose money every day.

    Multi-Level Scam. I was fine with their management fees of 120.00 annually but the also take a percentage of you deposit and hide it in your returns. Bottom line, if you have small investments, the fee isn’t worth it. If you have bigger money, the 5% they steal doesn’t add up. At the end of the day, the only one seeing a return is this program

    Feels scammy. They pulled double the amount out of my account than I set, even though I set it twice. Then when I cancelled the funds they locked my account. Won’t let my take my original investment out. I don’t trust them at all.

    An absolute trap - stick to Robinhood. The seven day free trial on this app is a complete joke. Seven days is nowhere near enough time to actually evaluate if their automated investment mechanism is any good or if it will generate a real return by the time you find out you’re already locked in. After getting past the short trial, their system completely failed and lost some of my money the first couple of weeks when I decided to cut my losses and withdrawal whatever I had left I was hit with an absolute infuriating roadblock they freeze the funds and refused to let you withdraw your own cash for seven days because every ridiculous excuse they call seasoning period. I have never had to deal with this kind of nonsense on Robinhood Robinhood is 1000 times better far more transparent and actually lets you access your cash when you need it without holding it hostage behind forced lockup periods save yourself the headache, the lost money and the subscription $120/annually. Avoid this app.

    Meh - Losing Money. Thought I’d give AI trading a shot and well, I’m down overall after 3,4 months. There was one huge drop that has no correlation with any other market incident, so I have to chalk it up to Alinea. I would not recommend this.

    It’s early but could be better. So far my account has lost money in the first 2 weeks! I literally would have made more leaving funds in a low paying savings account. Again, it’s early but if I don’t see positive progress soon I will look into other apps even though it will cost me the annually fee which they immediately took out after the 7 day trial. The free trial should have been 30 days to actually determine if it is worth it.
