Scam. This app won’t allow me to log in. Started using 2 factor authentication with no prompt or even telling you how the verification is sent ! Now I’ve lost my account & investments !

SCAMMERS. Stay far away. They sell crypto that can’t be sold and they will never have a secondary market where you can sell anything. It’s a scam. My sales for secondary have been pending for 3 months and once you connect their terrible wallet to INX you can never sell their NOTE crypto. Wallet doesn’t allow you to authorize sale. Only a fool would dump money into this scam. You will never recover it.

Unable to login on mobile. I tried email login and it asks for 6 digit code which I only have the other hex codes. On desktop those work, not in the app. No way to use app.

Investing SCAM -stay away!. I started investing through republic 5 years ago. I invested in 4 projects/companies. 1 went out of business (took the money and ran). The other 3 have zero response. They jump on Republic for a bunch of seed money - then ditch us. There is NO WAY to sell your investment through the app. BEWARE!

Invest elsewhere. There are now many apps and vendors who do what Republic offers and many do it far better. I invested here a few years ago and it’s far harder than it should be to access my financial info. And forget about trying to sell your assets, even at a loss. This app seems designed to benefit only the companies looking for investors and could care less for the investors of their $$.

App crashes constantly. After logging in, entering the current Authenticator code, and simply clicking on a company, the app constantly tells me something went wrong and to retry. Deleted.

Terrible company. Republic is a terrible company, I was ready to invest thousands of dollars into a financial company startup on their platform, everything was just fine until I tried to verify my identity using their terrible website. I worked with 5 different "technicians" and not one of them were able to offer any solutions to my problem. After trying for weeks, I eventually gave up and invested my money somewhere else. A missed opportunity for me, the startup, and Republic. It's sad that a company that started from technology cannot even make their own platform workable. They offered no workarounds, no alternatives and no insight at all. If you are looking for investors in your startup and considering Republic, I strongly suggest you reconsider.

No worthy. Don’t waste your money here. You see when you give your money they don’t tell you how many shares you’re getting from that investment. Second when the company you invested when it go public they ask you money to transfer the share to your brokerage account. It is a shady business I invested in different companies more then $3k. The one that I invested $100 went public. When it go public my $100 investment worth only $60. In addition they asked me $40 to transfer the shares to my brokerage account. Totally it is not worth to pay $140 to $60 shares.

Stopped Investing & an Absolute Trash. So I wanted to only invest in the Republic Notes through INX, and to try to verify the identity it’s an absolute nightmare, I mean horrendous. I tried many different ways and the process is trash. I tried to get in contact with Republic, but in order to communicate with them, they force you to add the mail app LOL I mean, seriously?? I am not going to download a terrible app in order to communicate with tyrant and dictator Republic. Initially it was exciting, and I invested quite a hand full of my money, but little by little I discovered that there is no sense of security. You give your money away in hopes that these companies will grow in value, acquisition or go IPO at one point, but there is no way for us to know. Zero way of knowing. I completely stopped investing, because for all I know these people take my money, for to never hear from them again.

Don’t use Republic. They don’t tell you a lot of things. Like they use a third party. It’s not done directly through them so it’s almost like they can’t be held accountable. I have gotten taken advantage of from this “group” and have lost over 1,000 dollars. Buyer beware of Republic

Scam! 😔. Please don’t get sucked in by this app. The investment “deadlines” keep being extended even though they already have your money. So Republic is just using your money to make their own investments, while the companies can create hype through artificial early “deadlines”. Unfortunately the old adage holds true…if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is.

The app is bad!. And I cannot get a hold of anybody at Republic to help me. I’m trying to invest money but I can’t get help doing so? You think if they were going to be in business and they had investor that wanna do invest six figures that they would contact them back but they don’t. They also don’t have a phone number where you can call them if you have an issue! I recommend not using this platform and finding another platform that works and where you can find help because I’ve been trying for weeks and can’t get anybody to talk to me!

Unreliable. The app is ok, but Republic is a highly unreliable company at this point. They changed terms of an agreement after investments were closed, didn’t finalize the investment after it was closed, canceled an investment only to reopen it under another name, won’t help in communicating with a company they have a joint venture with that didn’t pay dividends…seems like a highly risky investment platform that takes investors money and hinds behind the idea of risk as reason to not follow through with contractual terms.
