   Sketchy. They love money around to hold onto it.. I sent in a redemption request for my money and it just so happens they moved it into a different fund so now I have to wait until next quarter to get it. I understand that they aren’t just singling me out but it’s a very frustrating tactic they used to hold onto money for longer. There is no reason they should be shuffling money around that they know we want to withdraw. Very sketchy.

   Frauds. They have taken investors money for a future IPO for over 10 years with no out look to actually list or return investment even when requested. Criminal activity

   Poor performance & Not liquid. The app interface works well but the overall performance does not. I’ve held my investments for nearly 5 years. It seems to fluctuate even when REITs are going up & the real estate market great. Plus I can’t just liquidate when I feel like it. I believe it’s end of quarter only. I do not recommend whatsoever, sorry

   Do Not Invest in Fundrise. I’ve been a customer for 5 years and some change. Initially seemed fine until I went to pull my money out. I expected there to be a bit of a lag time (several months), but it has now been a year since I’ve been trying to pull my funds out and I’m being told there’s no end in sight for when my funds will be available are “paused” while they complete a merger. The customer support has been absolutely atrocious, it’s impossible to get in touch with a real person and when you do it’s only via email and they can’t give you any answers. Avoid this platform like the plague.

   Stolen account. I get an ai response as to when i do my password reset and the system says unable to verify my last 4 digits of my SSN i went through the process of forgot password when i got to the ssn part the system cant verify. Its like my account was deleted i had lots of money in my account

   Bad investment and app. I’m not sure how this gets such good ratings. I made a small investment years ago. It’s been over three years and I kept waiting to recover the loss overtime trying to play the long game but it just it’s so slow and I finally just gave up and took the 10% loss and moved on. Takes a long time to get your money back I wouldn’t recommend using this at all.

   Don’t be fooled by the positive reviews. Suspicious positive reviews. This investment is the worst I have ever had. Very difficult to get money back.

    Serious issues. I have had money invested in Fundrise since 2019. 7 years. My annualized return… 2.2%. What is going on? That’s not even keeping pace with inflation. On top of that I submitted a withdrawal request in July of 2025. As of March 2026 only a small portion of my funds have been redeemed. The rest of it is being held for an indefinite period of time as a fund merger takes place on an open-ended timeline. I was aware at the time of signing up that the investment would be somewhat illiquid requiring up to a quarter to redeem. Nowhere did they mention that my funds could be stuck in some merger for an indefinite period of time. Unfortunately I cannot recommend Fundrise. Please stay away.

    Impossible to close account, horrible customer service. As obvious as it may sound, you should choose carefully when making investment decisions. I wish I never put money into this particular app because now that I would like to liquidate the account and move on, I have found it impossible to close my account. Their top customer service representative is an AI bot, which tells me the same thing over and over. The process of linking a bank account through Plaid isn’t as simple as it should be and that’s because the app is buggy. I’ve tried to get answers from a competent human, but so far, no luck. I’m glad I didn’t give this company a significant amount of cash because I believe the money I’ve invested will never be seen again.

    Avoid avoid avoid. First off you need huge capital to even see some kind of returns, and I don’t know what kind of withdrawal process is this but they can take the money from your account the next day if you want to add funds I have to wait 2 months just to receive my initial deposit.

    The 90 day advisory fee waiver seems to be a gimmick!. I just transferred $182 to reach a $1000 milestone for the 90 day advisory fee waiver reward. And it said $1000 met. Very next week my balance drops below $1000, asking me to deposit another $10 to reach the $1000 investment milestone reward of 90 day advisory fee waiver! Not sure what is going on with Fundrise.

    You own the company Landa, right?. It’s been two years and that company has stolen from me. They started off $10 a share to help poor people get mortgages and then they dropped it to seven dollars. Luckily I got my money out when it was eight dollars now they have $267 of my money they won’t give back and I know you own them because you all were together. They won’t even put their app back on here because there’s nothing but scammers like you guys I want my money one way or another

    Not a Good Investment. Had 10k deposited over 7 years and made a measly 1-2% return. When I decided to liquidate my $12,000, I had to forfeit almost $3,000 so in the end my return was NEGATIVE.

    Just not enough. The app/business is legitimate, but not very user-friendly or lucrative. I invested monthly into Fundrise for the past 3 years but have almost no return. On top of that, it’s an extreme pain to withdraw money that you’ve invested. I would consider other investment strategies/platforms. I’ve downgraded my rating from 2 to 1 star after reviewing the withdrawal program is multiple months long.

    Not worth it. Decided to use this to keep my investments diverse. Invested $1000 over the span of about 1.5 years. My balance went up to $1015. After not seeing returns decided to pull to invest else where, and was only deposited $930. Waste of time and money.

    Hard to get your Money back. I requested to liquidate my funds and they are telling me that because of some merger it can take up to 2 months or more. All the while they will be charging me fees while they hold my money. Further, with the real estate BOOM since Covid I would have expected better returns - an index fund far out performed this fund. Don’t waste your time with this app - there are much better platforms to invest your money.

    Can’t withdraw. DO NOT ADD MONEY! I invested with them and the returns are basically nothing. So I tried to withdraw my money to invest somewhere else with greater returns. They will not let me withdraw! Do not use this scamming app!

    Terrible investment. My missed opportunity costs from having money locked up in these funds has been enormous. My investments have gone no where. No dividends, capital appreciation, or end in sight. My advice would be find something else to invest in.

    Scammy money grab. They don’t even let you access the app without depositing money or connecting Plaid to your bank account. I have no idea where the money is going so I choose not to connect my bank and I have no idea what the investment opportunities are. Should be the other way around if it’s clean business and not a scam.
