   Use to be good. I’ve decided to delete the app. It use to be good, but has recently become difficult to maintain and earn points. The fact that points expire every month makes this app not worth using anymore.

   Dishonest Chinese app. They suspend you when you actually want to redeem your points. They call it a security issue. They tell you to email them. Then they don’t respond to you and ignore. While they do pay in the beginning. They are a typical scammy company that bottoms feeds on consumers. Ban them. It gives a bad to name to other apps that actually respond to you. They have high store rating? I’m assuming they are paid reviewers. Geez. Apple do better on enforcement

   Sketch and Inappropriate. I did not save up enough coins to cash out. But, what I did experience was watching an ad and suddenly having a pop up on my phone saying “you are being hacked from an adult website.” I tried to close out the ad but couldn’t. When I tried closing out the app my phone started lagging. I didn’t think much of it at first. A week later, I open up the section that gives you coins for gaming, and the first game advertised is an anime porn game. Absolutely disgusting.

   Cashwalk. I try to cash out but the code doesn’t go through when I get the call only 3 numbers and then the voice goes mute and can’t get the 6 numbers to Casper my price fix this issue this app.

   Verification call. Says it’s verifying your phone number with a call but no call comes through and you can’t redeem your coins. Emailed them about it and all they said was is your service provider blocking the number. I followed up with the service provider and they were not blocking the numbers. Wish there was another way to verify because it isn’t working. Also they take forever to respond to emails.

    Lame. If you don’t use your coins inside of a year they expire and you lose everything I find this very disappointing I’ve been saving coins for a long time and I’ve wasted my time

    The verification call never came through. Been a user for more than two years. I have been trying to redeem my points for an Amazon gift card and the verification calls never came through. I've added the number to my contacts, changed my security settings to allow spam calls, and did troubleshooting and everything, but it never worked. BTW why did you changed the verification from a text to a phone call? The text messages always worked in the past. Please fix this issue or I’m gonna delete it if I can't redeem my points anymore.

    Glitches and inaccuracies. I constantly get logged out of the app and lose all of my steps/coins from the day. Customer service never got back to me.

    Could not send verification SMS at this time. Try later.. I used to be able to get money from the app, but now all I get is this message. “Could not send verification SMS at this time. Try later.” I keep using it in hopes it’ll let me withdraw again, and now I have $50 I can’t access.

    Bad app. To get a gift card, they want you to verify your phone number but, impossible to input the code they give you, do not download. It was a good app, now it’s a scam.

    Missing points. I was at 7 thousand just yesterday getting real close to 8 thousand then I come on today and some how my points are back at 5 thousand and you can’t even get a five dollar gift card because it’s locked this app is a scam

    코인이 줄어들어요. 분명 코인이 어제까지만해도 8370개 있었는데 오늘 하려고 보니까 7730개가 되어있더라고요. 저번에도 갑자기 줄어든 거 같길래 매일 할때 마다 캡쳐했는데 왜 이렇죠

    Call Verification not working. Tried redeeming an amazon gift card but now you have to get a call back verification in order to punch the code in. I gave my phone number but I never got the call back. Did it multiple times and nothing. I hate this new way of redeeming. My other walking apps just sends the amz codes through my email without complications.

    Used to be good, updates ruined it. As with so many other walking reward apps it used to be good but they changed how you cash out from a text verification to a phone call and now it’s impossible to cash out. Phone call worked the first few times now the calls never come through and go straight to voicemail meaning you can’t verify your account. I’ve changed my settings and everything to allow spam calls and the calls still don’t come through. If it’s not fixed I’m deleting the app and not bothering. I’ve been using this app for at least two years and it’s a shame they’ve messed it up like this
