   Nothing is free. This sucks. The basic recording feature used to be free. Now you get a couple of nights and you have to upgrade and pay. Not worth it.

   Not accurate. It used to be able to classify your snoring into loud or epic or whatever accurately. Now it seems like your loud snoring will be classified as epic. Your epic snoring will be classified sometimes as loud. The accuracy has changed in the last couple weeks. I can go back and listen to what they classified as loud and it would clearly be epic. Now I can listen to what they classify as epic and it’s nowhere near epic. I don’t know why the software has changed

   Money trap. Don’t waste your time. Put in all your information just to find out they want you to pay them 60 dollars a year for the most basic function of recording

   Unwanted Control of phone. The app was fine at recording my snoring but I didn’t realize it also silenced my incoming texts. I did not realize this was a side effect of the app. I put my phone in Sleep Focus mode when I chose to not get calls/texts, but now anytime I might need a text I can not use the app. This inconsistent use makes the SnoreLab app ineffective for me and very disappointing because I liked the results I was getting. In trying to find a fix for this problem, I found the suggestion that I use two phones at night, one to run Snore Lab and one for phone calls again very disappointing. The Snore Lab app creators leave this app available to people who have the ability to own two phones for snore time.

   Update ruined usability. Since the update once you delete all audio the app becomes unusable. I have used this app for years with no problems. very disappointed

   Stopped Functioning. I’ve used this app for years and it has been great. Of course, the paid version. It quite literally doesn’t record a single second any longer. Frustrating.

    $9.99 a month or $59.99 a year. I listed their price because they are not upfront with their pricing. The app uses the shady sales tactic of having you put in all your information and setting everything up before they disclose their price. They do this so that you feel committed to purchase and so they can use your information for marketing.

    Doesn’t work won’t refund. Tried everything and they won’t refund my purchase even though it does not record my snoring. There are nights when I snore my husband tells me but it’s says I have zero snoring sessions. I even have it recording all night no samples. So upset I wasted 60 bucks on this and they refuse to refund me :(

    Doesn’t use Apple Watch. After the longest onboarding sequence ever you’ll learn that it doesn’t use Apple Watch, requires you to sleep with your iPhone, and that you can’t even see the app at all unless you subscribe.

    Not working suddenly. Update installed, now the app tells me it needs at least 30 minutes record time after being active and recording all night.

    Had a glitch. Worked during the night but it doesn’t save. Mine recorded for 8 hours then when I woke up wouldn’t save the data and told me it had to run for at least 30 minutes. This happened several nights in a row.

    Doesn’t Record with Timer. 2 out of 3 night fail! Set timer, followed instructions each time, and woke up to zero recordings 2 out of 3 nights! When I wake up, it shows it’s recording and says “pause recording” at the top and I slide to end the recording, then it says I need at least 30 mins of recording and there is nothing there and no recordings at all. Glad I tried the basic version before purchasing a subscription, this doesn’t work as promised! So disappointed!

    Won’t record. The app shows ‘pause recording’ at the top…. Which should mean it’s recording. When I go to click end it states that I need at least 30 minutes, despite it ‘recording’ all night. Then it shows no recording was done.

    Wrong Wrong Wrong. I tested this app in the free mode by running it one night while I also did a separate audio recording of the entire night. The audio recording recorded no snoring at all. This app claimed there was eight minutes of snoring. I certainly would never trust this app again, nor will I use it again.

    Does not differentiate. Can’t determine noise source. Just registers all noise as snoring. As a result, to find out how much you’re snoring you have to listen to the entire night of recorded noise.

    Results keep changing. It doesn't record the right score. It'll tell me 15 then 2 and keeps changing back and forth. I don't know what is what. Maybe because I'm on the free version. I was going to buy but too inconsistent

    Not great. I used this for the one week trial and I wouldn’t purchase it. It does a great job of recording your sleep and showing red yellow green indicators for spikes in sound. But let’s say there’s a 7 minute yellow spike at 11:21-11:28pm. The app only lets you jump to certain predetermined points along the timeline, so you can’t listen to everything throughout the night, like that 11:21-11:28 window where you had the most activity because it’s not in that predetermined area (probably 15 min intervals). So it’s pretty much useless unless you listen to 6 minutes of white noise until you get to the snoring portion. I do not recommend this app until they figure that bug out.

    New update. With the new update the vitals like HR and oxygen do not sync and it is hit and miss. Plus you changed the graphs when comparing to the note lamb recordings. Prior was a 5.0.

    Score. Only noise It doesn’t give any other information like stop breathing, etc. Absolutely no instructions. I can’t figure out how to hear my recordings. No directions on sending the information to my doctor.

    Scam Trial – Charged Immediately Despite 7-Day Free Trial. I downloaded this app because it advertised a 7-day free trial, but within seconds of starting the trial, I was charged the full $34.81 annual fee. There was no clear warning or confirmation before the charge — just an instant withdrawal. That’s not a free trial, that’s deceptive. I’ve already reported it to Apple and requested a refund. Be careful before downloading

    Renews for a year!. This app didn’t seem to work very well because I don’t think it captured all my snoring AND after the 7 day trial it automatically charged me for annual renewal. I will literally never use this app again and they refuse to give me back the $40 fee. Not cool. Edit to add: obviously I requested the refund through apple, but it’s your policies that prevented it from being approved. Automatic renewal for a year is absolutely insane, and I will trash talk you to everyone I know for your terrible UI experience! Hope that $40 was worth it!
