   I don’t want this app and I canceled the subscription before trial was up. Can I please get my money back so that I can put it towards an app that actually works for me…I canceled it after the first day it just did not work at all and I slept through multiple alarms and now it proceeds to attempt to charge my card. Please stop.

   Don’t Buy!. So after paying $29.99 for a year, this ads still gives annoying ads that you can’t bypass . I’m not sure why they have these annoying ads for paying members? Isn’t the point of paying is so you don’t get ads?

   DO NOT USE FREE TRIAL. They will bill you whether you cancel the subscription or not.. I downloaded this app and was opted for the free trial to make sure I’d use the app and then when I didn’t use it I cancelled the free subscription 3 days before it ended and I was billed for the annual amount anyway.. and was denied a refund and was told there is nothing I can do so I reported them to my bank

   Annoying ads, clunky ui, missed alarms. This morning was the THIRD TIME an alarm was unable to break through silent mode. I woke up an hour late, checked the app and was greeted with an annoying "YOUR PHONE MAY BE AT RISK" ad (the worst kind of ad). I've enabled all the permissions yet it still randomly misses alarms. I don't know if this is mainly a problem with iOS or this app, but either way, it doesn't work and pisses me off. Why does the first screen upon opening go to a stupid wallpaper? I don't need a wallpaper app, I need an ALARM, take me directly to the ALARM tab!

    Ok alarm clock. Ads make it less than useful. So. Many. Ads. Used for 1 year. I’m done. It is a nuisance to configure as the stupid ads with no ‘x’ to end them never go away. To buy the app requires a SUBSCRIPTION to make the ads go away!! For an alarm clock! There is no in between. For $29.95 a year, I will buy an alarm clock at Walmart and _never_ have to deal with another ad… the opposite of marketing has happened here. I will never buy this app and I will not use it anymore because of these stupid ads. App is great. Ads make it a useless waste of time.

    This app is not good. First, the numbers on the clock display are as bright as a flashlight, with seemingly no way to reduce the lumens. Three days into using the app, and the app goes to sleep while in use. What’s the point in having a clock that doesn’t show an actual clock? Is there a way to fix this? I have tried everything. Lastly, the alarms sound, even when the app isn’t running. I don’t like this app.

    ADVERTISEMENTS!😡. I love the simplicity of this alarm app- and I pay for a yearly subscription and have for several years. I went with this app because I have hearing issues. This app had loud low sounds versus the high pitched sounds. But now, they’ve added ads whenever you change or add an alarm. It appears there’s different levels of purchases and the one I’ve had for years is the lowest one. Somewhere they’ve added different levels and different yearly cost. I attempted to hit a snooze option this morning and almost purchased a higher premium. It’s annoying, sneaky, scammy, 😡😡 and I’m contemplating finding a new alarm app.

    UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE 3 MONTHS INTO FREE PLAN. Listen, I don’t pay for a lot of apps. I just needed a new alarm because the one associated with my iphone would not make any sounds. This alarm app was satisfactory overall with a free plan. It worked and I watched 1 advertisement per use of the alarm. Simple enough. After I’d had this app for two months, I put it in the storage cloud…it wasn’t being used very often. One week ago, I downloaded this app from the cloud, again, but I have not used it. All of a sudden, after having this app for a few months, I was charged $29.99 for a year’s worth of their most expensive and extravagant plan. I immediately called Apple Customer Support. They helped me figure out which app charged my bank account & approved a refund after determining that I was eligible. However… I cannot get this refund until the payment stops processing. The app developer needs to cancel this $29.99 transaction. I tried reaching their support online and it’s a flimsy one-way email. This UNAUTHORIZED payment was just pulled from my bank account yesterday, which means it is currently pending, and they could technically continue trying to process this UNAUTHORIZED PAYMENT for up to six more days. I want my $29.99 right now. I find this timetable to be entirely unacceptable. I have spoken with my banking institution and they are ready to file a dispute in the event that we may need one. The refund is warranted and it is going to happen through Apple but I’m just saying there are layers to this and my bank is on board with protecting the outcome for me. Neither Apple nor the bank can do anything unless this merchant cancels this $29.99 transaction they’re forcing my account to endure right now. THIS MERCHANT IS BEING ASKED TO *PLEASE* CANCEL YOUR CHARGE TO MY NAME. My Bank said this merchant needs to stop trying to process the payment. They need to cancel it. They need to reverse it. They need to undo it. They need to erase it. They need to give me my money back willingly or at least stop futilely processing the payment and just let the other parties fix this for me.

    Pricing Confusion. Seems like a decent alarm app, but I can't for the life of me figure out what the difference is between all the subscription options. The app only gives the option of the most expensive choice, but I see several plans with arbitrary names in the App Store. Does anyone have details? I couldn't find anything under the description, in the App, or on the developer's website.

    No. If l can wait, there’s a zero so I would it does not deserve any stores. If there is the worst thing I was asleep I picked the funniest sound because I wanted to wake up and feel nice but now it woke me up at 3 AM because I said my mom, my dad and my brother are sleeping, so it wasn’t even loud and I had to delete the app because I couldn’t set it up so if it was me, I would not buy this app. It is the worst you ever ever ever ever ever ever ever have on your phone or your iPad or your computer please don’t buy this. I would not deserve any.
