   Warning: Asks for money on the 15th day of the “Introductory” course. I understand that they’re not obliged to give anything for free, but content that looks free should indeed be free. Otherwise that’s just deception. The practice of basically deciding the user is “sufficiently hooked” before they’re told they’re required to subscribe to access the rest of their program is disrespectful to the users to say the least. I advise potential users to avoid this app and take the time to look for alternatives, which are many.

   So buggy. Updated today and now the background sounds are not working for me. None of them work. I have the background sound volume turned all the way up and nothing. This is the 2nd major bug I’ve experienced. Really not worth the price paid.

    Понижение качества контента.. Очень расстроило увидеть на обложке для новой музыки картинку сгенерированную ИИ. Очевидно это не то, за что хотелось бы пользоваться платной версией приложения. Любая картинка сделанная ИИ - словно кошмарный сон с перекошенными деталями. Это смотрится даже не дёшево, а словно из мусора. И я всё ещё не могу привыкнуть к обновлённому дизайну, хотя пользуюсь приложением каждый день. Весь контент словно перемешан в одну кучу с очень непонятной сортировкой.

    why…. i used to use this app so much and i really liked it until you guys started making us have to pay. all the sleep sounds used to be free now out of all of them, only one is free…you can barely do anything with the free version of the app, im not paying 8 dollars a month like that’s so unreasonable and unnecessary. This really sucks….

    Soul AI Should be Removed!. Soul AI is a joke. It barely works, which is probably for the best. It seems to be a poorly put together AI that has no business giving anyone advice on anything, let alone people who have mental health issues and are putting their trust in you! It makes you seem like you just care about money and not mental health. If Soul AI is still a part of Meditopia when my subscription ends, I’m not going to renew.

    Would not recommend for people unwilling to pay. The app was good at first being able to talk to the AI because I felt like the AI was able to put itself in my situation without me worrying about how will I end up telling someone when I'm afraid to but once you fill out the questions and create/ use an account to log in you can explore the app for a little bit before you find out for full access to everything is literally 100 dollars! I'm sorry but not everyone can pay for that plus, you only get 2 times to talk to the AI without paying it is ridiculous! If you want more users make your app free its the only way to get people to use the app but I am completely unsatisfied with the pricing and there isn't evena lot of things you can do free on the app so it really doesn't help much unless you want to pay 100 dollars a year for full access.

    Lack of Customer service. I've been using Meditopia for a while now, and overall, I think the application is excellent. It offers a wide range of high-quality meditation content, covering topics from mindfulness and stress relief to sleep and emotional wellness. However, one aspect that could use improvement is customer service. Despite being a Lifetime Premium member, I've experienced challenges in getting responses to any issues I’ve raised. It's disappointing, especially as a long-term subscriber, to feel that customer support doesn’t match the level of care put into the app’s content. I hope the team considers enhancing their responsiveness and support channels, as it would truly make Meditopia a five-star experience.

    Мало медитаций для сна. Мало медитаций для сна даже с подпиской. Я пользуюсь подпиской около полугода, да, она расширяет доступ, но при частом использовании контент устаревает и надоедает. Считаю, что подписка неоправданно стоит 70$

    Grateful for this app. I am grateful I heard about this app. It was almost four years ago on a YouTube add when I was going through a stressful life period. It brought a huge relief to what I was going through and I it gave me great coping skills and helpful thoughts. I have since used it. I several periods of not meditating and other periods where I meditate consistently. Nowadays I use another app but I have kept this app because I still love it and come back to it at leads once a week. Thank you so much to the creators and the team who keep this lovely app working and thriving
