   Sucks. This is the worse place to order from I have been waiting almost two months now for four drone parts try to get a refund they denied it and making me still wait will never order anything from here again

   Hiding one star reviews and will not replace faulty products. Banggood hides the one star reviews and they don’t backup their guarantee when you receive a broken product. Buyers beware and good luck getting a replacement if you were sent a faulty product. I was a customer for years and I just deleted my account due to your scam practices and you do not hold up to any of your policies.

   WTH. Their tracking and shipping is terrible. I ordered from the competitor and my shipments have already arrived. Apparently my order has been on a plane flying for 5 days.

   Cheating. I have just installed the app and tried to order something. Before registering I found my item in this app with discounted price. Decided to order because the add was popping up saying $25 for the first time order. But after registering and trying to check the item out, the app bumped up the price plus taxes and was giving me only $12. And I was ending up paying even more than the shown price. Customer service never answered. So it’s a scam

    Be warned if you have an issue you won’t be helped. So I had an issue with an order of an rc airplane that wouldn’t fly was strung along for over a month then after being told to go have it fixed and they would cover it so I did and then they said actually never mind the seller said it’s normally for a trainer plane to not fly so I left an honest review that wasn’t even bad it was fair though and it got hidden and any other review I I tried to place it question I tried to answer would immediately get hidden so as for the “any reason return policy” it’s fake as for the “quality guarantee” again also fake so if you take the chance I would t spend 70 dollars on something maybe go with smaller purchases your willing to write off if anything is broken/missing and never trust reviews they delete real reviews that are not 4+ stars

    First free gift doesn’t let people you send invites to add to slash for price removal.. They are scanners and don’t intend on giving anyone anything for free or a good price. The prices are the same or more expensive in comparison to everywhere.

    Risky, not worth it. Some items have a better price by a few euros but in the long run it's totally not worth it. In my case, purchased a Xiaomi Air filter F1 yet after a while when trying to purchase replacement filters... They differ than the ones available locally by a few centimeters and original ones available only in China costing as much as a different whole filter unit itself. Will purchase locally, local products, feels like adventuring when xiaomi or bangood doesn't answer to any emails. I apologize but maybe this will help others with the frustration

    Most intrusive annoying company. Constantly getting emails. Tried to limit emails, but would not let me. I was so frustrated I tried to delete the account, it would not let me because I had an unfinished order. Seems I had left something in the cart. Went to the cart to delet the item and found that I couldn’t. There is a minus (-) and plus (+) on each side of the number of items. The number showed 1, but the minus sign was grayed out, so I couldn’t remove the item from the cart. I had wanted to still access the deals, but that was the last straw. Ended up blocking them and deleting the app.

    Stay away!. Bought an RC car that advertised speed of >40kph (24mph) and car only goes about 20kph (12 mph) verified by gps. Also, my kids can run faster than this thing. Poor quality: wheel fell off during first use. Attempted to return using their no haste return and 7 days satisfaction guarantee only to find I was being questioned and negotiated with to keep the product. Very unsatisfied the product. Very unsatisfied with the app. Do not recommend! Update 8-17-23: I did contact your customer service. They offered no resolution. Primarily got canned messages similar to the comment added to this review.

    Terrible service. Banggood has to be the worst company on the planet very dishonorable. I don’t buy anything from this company. They don’t back up their products. I purchased a scooter for $770 with a faulty charger and they refuse to replace it.

    Avoid!. If you must save a few bucks I would recommend aliexpress rather than Banggood. I ordered nearly a month ago and zero movement outside of the original shipping label being created. I have never had this issue with other china direct order services. I would not recommend Banggood nor will I purchase from them again.

    They will sell you broke or damaged merchandise and let you figure it out. After purchasing a drone from this app they refused to take care of the problem and let me find a way to send it back with no guarantee I would get my refund. Shady customer service and support

    Disaster. If there is no problem, it works OK. The app is poorly designed with too much detail options and you can’t find the simple stuff that you want. When you have a problem they make you go through hurdle after hurdle after hurdle they give you the runaround they don’t respond then they close the ticket. If you don’t respond to them in seven days, it is a disaster. Do not use it. The savings are not worth it.

    Unbelievably Horrible.. Not only did I not receive e-mail updates after contacting their customer service multiple times for an order, I was asked to provide a photo ID when i use a verified Paypal account! I have never encountered issues like this anywhere. Every order I has placed had an issue. I do not recommend this at all to anyone and encourage people to be aware of where they send their personal information! Will be submitting a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

    Good luck on a return. Purchased a “spare air” type mini scuba tank, which exploded in my closet after filling up to 3000PSI. Service/returns is a joke, as they asked for video (as if I would blow one up for the purpose of a return). Stick to Amazon - this site is trash.
