    Tragedy. Edit: I did get a response to my message but it was entirely unintelligent and assumed that I can’t read the minimum for free shipping, hence I have thought of the lousy customer service i’ve received over the years. Plus the none existing tracking they offer which means I have to leave the app and search online for my order’s whereabouts. Not to mention the number of items that I received that were not matching the description because I would order shoes and get earrings instead. The search bar that resets a million times on its own and glitches as well. And the sub-bar search that cannot ever be detailed neither to search for an item in brand name or in color. So yeah, perhaps a star has fallen down and burnt to its inevitable death so I granted it here for my Namshi review although mere ashes would suffice in this context.

    Worst Shipping Experience Ever. I made a return request for 5 items that costs +30KD .. it is now 45 days since my return request and no shipping agent contacted me since then to collect the items .. i called them internationally that costs me extra money several times and sent a thousand email and all i get fake promises and provoking excuses with no solution until now. It is very clear they have issues with the shipping company and they refuses to issue the refund and giving back my money. DO NOT deal with Namshi, they do not care about the customer’s rights.

    وعود غير منفذه. اتصلو علي ووعدوني بالتعويض بسبب اشكاليه في الطلب ولم يتم تنفيذ الوعد. الحمدلله اني في غنى عن تعويضهم ولكن المبدأ في التعويض هو اثبات جديتهم في الاعتذار عن الخطأ والان فقدت ثقتي فيهم وفي التعامل معهم

    اسوء تطبيق. وربي ما قد شفت تطبيق اسوء من التطبيق ذا العميل اخر همهم اهم شيء انك دفعت خلاص بعدها بكيفهم و الاسعار عندهم اغلى من الشركة المالكه للمنتج يعني شيء غريب حتى النجمه ما يستاهلون بس عشان اعلق

    Worst app since it became Noon. Worst app all my addresses is gone, no more free delivery above 15KD even above KD25, for delivery to Kuwait this app charges VAT which is just weird and now they have packing fee also. Will wait for a week and if is still same then will delete my account and will ask others to do the same.
