Bandaid on an open wound. The app was well structured and had a sensible layout. Along comes a terrible update making it difficult to zero in on interests through elimination of categories. Now, categories are back but it is absolutely nonsensical. Outdoor lighting, women’s clothes, anything you can imagine found under the men’s category. Absolute rubbish. These people never heard of the phrase “if it’s not broke, don’t fix it.”

Horrible since the recent update. I’ve used this app for years and used to love searching through categories, which they’ve removed. I don’t even open the app anymore because it’s not worth the effort. Even if I manage to find the “men’s clothing” section now, it’s full of women’s clothing deals. Ever since the update they removed the features everyone wants to make you to scroll through a bunch of deals you don’t care about. Seems like the features everyone used most have been removed based on other recent reviews. Don’t waste your time, use other methods to find sales.

Be careful about hidden charges. Placed an order for a $10 charger, as listed by brads deals (editor Jason), and the site itself. There was NO mention of a $5 shipping charge until AFTER I placed the order and saw my credit card charge. The description even says shipping is free. I never received an order receipt email and have no idea how to cancel the order. Will be deleting this app and my account.

Useless app. If you are looking to search for an item across deals to save time, which is what this app was supposed to do, then stay clear of this app. The search is unbelievably useless. Try searching for 32 TV. You would expect list of TV and/or size 32. Instead you would see : blank page Try 40 TV, 55 TV nothing. UHD got me 5 rows. Waste of time, this is.

Racism. Brads deals seem to show support for a single race of people. Blacks aren’t the only ones who struggle to run a business, and support should be given to all businesses regardless of their race.

Recent changes are terrible!. They have updated the app recently and now not only is there a large banner across the top but also they seem to highlight only one category of product on the main page (i.e. women, men, etc...) The only way to see other products is to go into the “more” section and select a different category but even then you cannot customize the main page to the category (or categories) you want.

Not worth the aggravation. More often than not, the app closes as soon as I try opening it. I do have the latest version. Completely useless app.

Too good to be true. I have purchased a few things through Brad deals and most of the items aren’t the best quality. The shipping takes forever if you get your item. One company I purchased a deal and the company was a scam. They never refunded me, after several requests from not receiving paid for items after 4 months. Now that company has disappeared and stole my money. After contacting Brad Deals they tried to say the company was legit at the time and I had to contact my bank/card to get a refund. The company had so many scam reviews after researching it! Buyer beware and do you homework on the deals you’re getting because they most likely are too good to be true...take it from someone who learned the hard way!

Don’t use. I submitted an order for a pair of shoes. The vender was paid, but the order never sent a confirmation or product. Now Brads Deal says it is the Vender I need to talk to, but the vender has no record of the order.

Lots of irrelevant sales. The lack of personalization in this is am such a shame. My personalizations consists of 1) men 2) electronics and 3) camping/outdoors. However, my “offers” are for purses, lip gloss, women’s clothing, etc. Nobody wants to sift through hundreds of irrelevant items to finally get to something that is at least within your set preferences. Maybe they’ll work out the issues one day.
