   App keeps freezing up. The app freezes up and won’t you do anything. It’s been uploading pictures for 20 hours. I had to delete the app and start over. I haven’t been able to post anything yet but it just asked me to give it a review when I re-downloaded it

   Getting Worse Each Month. Customer service is awful. Random and arbitrary reasons for listing removal with no intelligent person to use common sense to reevaluate. Stop outsourcing customer service to countries where people don’t understand how the marketplace or your rules work. Literally got Blu-ray’s removed because they said it’s “a prohibited item”. Really?? Then why TF is there a listing category specifically for Blu-ray’s/DVDs? Stuffed animal isn’t allowed “because it’s a real animal”. No, you schmuck. It’s a stuff animal. Read the post title. “Your listing violates our rules.” No it doesn’t. Read your own rules. Or would you like me to print them out for you and highlight them? Just a bunch of mor0ns working here. You can sell counterfeit gold, postage stamps and other things. But if someone tries to spam report your listings, they will not care and remove them. Trash app. Used to be amazing 2-3 years ago. Consistently getting worse.

   Disappointing. Tried to sell my stuff , have the app but all I get is no internet connection

   Excessive ads. Love the app, great for finding deals and selling. But there should be a quick way to skip ads or remove them completely.. I’m fine with seeing them while browsing but when it pops up and takes up the whole screen… bit much.

   Offerup now wants you to upload your ID to a third party in order to use it.. Offerup wants you to upload images of your Id to a third party which probably isn’t even based in the US, in order to “verify” user identity. They stipulate in the fine print that Offerup is not responsible for your personal information being sold or used by said third party. And if you agree to the terms you release both Offerup and the random third party of any liability if they sell or “lose” your data. Whoever thought this was a good idea needs tarred and feathered. DO NOT USE OFFERUP. It is a personal data mining company, not a peer to peer selling platform.

    Stupid. I deleted my account because I stopped selling things. I went to download the APP again. It won’t let me use the email that I previously used. I’m not going to create a new email just to use this app again. VERY ANNOYING 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

    Gives government ID and photo to 3rd party. This app requires all users verify through a 3rd party by government ID, phone number and personal photo before they can start using the app. Giving away personal information like that to a 3rd party is a ridiculous entry requirement

    No response. People post stuff for sale and they don’t even reply when you ask them that you want to buy. What’s the use of posting it. Don’t make any sense.

    Got Scam. I got scam here. Agent doesn’t response at all. I report a couple of times, and scam still active. They don’t ban scam account.

    Not good. I had the app and I had a free trial for like three days for the paid version of this app to promote my things I was selling and I got charged $19.99 and I did not even approve that charge. I did not even buy that $19.99 thing… so the App Store after I appealed said that I cannot get a refund…

    Offer up changed. Offer up used to be one of the most used selling platforms now with all the adds and premiums added it’s not the same no more. You are loosing app users day by day you need to change the way you are running this app and fast before it disappears completely. Make offer up great again.

    What’s the point. Nobody gets back to you and the only notifications that you do get are system generated notifications that there’s more items for sale of what you searched for. Which doesn’t matter because nobody is responding to those ads anyway. It’s worthless.

    Very Few Active Users. I have been messaging people on here for over a week. I can barely get a reply from people. The ones who are active also seem to be retailers not people.

    Inappropriate Ads. Just because I’m a white male in America, doesn’t mean I want ads for temu (which are all borderline pornographic) or gambling websites (aka prediction markets). The amount of ads has increased so much recently that I can’t even search for things anymore. And the throttling of messages and items really defeats the purpose of what an app like this is designed for. Just charge a percentage of each item like eBay or reverb.

    No support, easy to ban accounts. You can just randomly report accounts for selling drugs and they'll just ban them without even looking into it. There are no support agents, just bots

    Awful visibility when selling. Very minimal views on any item I was selling. Even when purchasing promote plus. Don’t bother with this ad ridden, app that will get you no views on your items. Stick to Facebook

    Garbage results got scammed too. Got scammed 2X and offer up did nothing. I reported it and they did nothing about it. Also other platforms are way more effective. Every time I get a notification thinking it’s a buyer it just ends up being an advertisement. My funkos have been sitting for years on this site. Guess what? Most have sold on other platforms. Not happy with this app
