   Wont recommend anymore... I love forever 21 but they be closing the stores. So i had to do online shopping and everytime i search up some things they only have 1 SPECIFIC SIZE and COLOR like it showed XXL And orange but i dont want that and last year i tried to buy things but i didnt have the time to do so sooo now i im tryna find what i wanted to find last year and its not even in the app anymore

   Gift cards. I have a $100 gift card I can’t use because new ownership won’t allow it!! Very bad business outlook on you! I can’t spend it anywhere else why would I not be able to use a forever 21 gift card at forever 21 is just beyond ridiculous!!!

    Payment. I pay wat i ordered and put my cc info all of a sudden i check transactions in my account. Get my payment plus two additional transactions that i dunno foe wat the payment. Trying to reach the customer service help cant need ro wait until they are open.

    Thieves. I paid extra money for 1-2 day shipping on Monday 10:22 they said Wednesday 1pm-5pm so I was ok but then times roles around and they change it to Thursday 1pm-5pm spoke to customer service and they didn’t do anything

    So unfair. You said down the app get an extra 20% off your online purchase and I downloaded the app and it’s not applying the discount code!! That is annoying, to not receive a promised discount is conniving to say the least.

    Discounts. I get so many offers in my email saying use this code for a discount on your next purchase, but when I put in the code I’m told the offer can’t be applied. I really hate the bait and switch. I where in the print does it tell you why the offer can’t be applied. I think that is just bad business!

The touch is also very sensitive and reactive. Please fix this so we can enjoy it as much as the clothes. Also please make the number of ‘favorites’ we can save unlimited,

    Deceiving discount codes. I only downloaded the app bc I was advised on the browser that the free shipping code only worked in the app. Turns out it was rejected in the app also.
